PWInsider said:
TNA has started to approach talents that aren't currently being booked on TV regularly, asking them to relocate to Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville, Kentucky to continue to refine their ring skills.

We've heard a few names have been approached, but can confirm that one of those names, Ink, Inc.'s Jesse Neal, has turned down the request and will be finishing up with the company shortly.

Sucks for TNA's Tag Division (or what's left of it) but he's used sparingly so i'm not overly suprised. I do hope TNA keeps Christina Von Eerie around for their Knockouts division though.

Eh never cared for the guy myself so doesn't effect me any. He probably could have used OVW.

It's not as if he has the size or look to make it anywhere else. Hopefully he's just looking to pursue other career options since he's definitely not in WWE's mantra.

Not that I liked him or the team one bit, but good lord TNA's once awesome tag division is now on life support.

Will be interesting to see what other guys they try to send down there. Would imagine Murphy, Big Rob & maybe Jesse Sorensen could be on the way down there after his little push is over.

Yeah the tag division is looking like it's gonna be what needs to rebuild back up next and need refocusing. Probably will just keep throwing together tag teams or something to make up for it and keep MCMG together whenever they comeback.

I like this guy and it would suck to see him go but if he doesn't want to stay then that's his choice. I hope he decides to go to WWE, see what he can do there.

This is the problem with TNA not paying their wrestlers enough. Jesse Neal mentioned in the past that he and his girlfriend had to get food stamps because they didn't earn enough. I find it ridiculous that someone who wrestles weekly for the number two wrestling company can't earn a living. A lot of the roster are on pay per appearance deal so it is no wonder he decided to leave. They will pay him barely nothing down in OVW since he won't get PPV and TV bonuses. This is where TNA needs to get some proper contracts and needs to save some money on Hogan and use it to pay their wrestlers a decent wage.

I don't care for him or the Ink Inc tag team but this is quite a suprise seeing as they started to pick up on the tag team and have featured them the past month or two. Well when Neal leaves just place Shannon Moore back into the X division just as a filler talent.

Actually was going to bring up the food stamp thing myself but only because Jesse Neal himself retorted that he in fact never said that and that he gets paid decently well. So until he is actually released I'm not believing any of this.

I thought that he said it on his Twitter? I thought that his reasoning was because his girlfriend/partner at the time didn't have a job so they got the food stamps.

I know when he commented again on Twitter, he responded like a week later denying it.

At least that's what these awesome dirt sheets tell us.

I can never keep up with what they are claiming is right.

With Neal gone I can't see why TNA would keep Moore so he is probably gone. Maybe they will send him to OVW?
