Sources indicate TNA is in discussions with Jersey Shore's Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to appear on multiple episodes of Impact. Ronnie was the cast member who got into a physical confrontation with The Situation on the MTV "reality" series. I am told the deal is close to or already signed.

He would be the first male member of the series to appear on TNA, following J-Woww and Angelina, who made appearances over the last year in the promotion in angles designed to get over Robbie E. and Cookie (Becky Bayless, who is no longer with the company).

Can't say this is a great deal. The whole Jersey Shore fad seems like it's loosing steam, and they'll prob get some publicity out of this but not much.

Jersey Shore is actually something I watch, ashamedly. Ronnie is a big awkward pussy, he'll suit TNA wonderfully.

I can't wait to see the showdown between Ronnie and Rob Terry/Robbie E. :whocares:

Jersey Shores popularity is no where near where it was about a year ago so I don't see the point of this even from a exposure standpoint which they got zero when they used J-Wow.
