Vince loves Cole being his little puppet to feed him lines, not to mention Cole is one of Cena's best friends I believe. Can't get much stronger backing than that really.

That is the unfortunate thing that Vince actually enjoys what Cole is doing. Vince is getting a bit out of touch with what the fans want and if he keeps Cole on commentary it will hurt the product. I had hoped that soon after WM27 Cole would be moved away from the announce booth and would be turned into a manager or the RAW GM to take advantage of the huge amount of heel heat he was getting. Unfortuantely WWE didn't do that and it doesn't look like they will in the near future.

I can see sometimes people hate Michael Cole but honestly he is better than the old corny Michael Cole. Michael Cole has a corny face commentator made me want to strangle him. As a heel, he has showed some promise and it's fun to rip on him. He's annoying but I can tolerate him and has improved. Can he do much better of course, he still bombs sometimes on jokes and still pisses me off but before this heel turn Michael Cole was horrible. Lawler is the one we should all want out, he's the problem not Cole. Lawler is corny, he's not informative, and overall doesn't bring anything to the table. I'll never forgive him for being the main reason Matt Striker isn't commentating a big show anymore. It was because of that bastard Lawler, Striker was gone even though Striker knew just about every move and he was a MILLION TIMES better. I don't think I hate any active person in the WWE than Jerry Lawler.

I agree! Lawler makes Cole look like the world's best commertator. The King is beyond awful now.
