The Charlotte Observer is reporting that when Jeff Hardy finally makes it to court next month he plans to plead guilty on the drug offenses that he was charged with in September of 2009, according to the Moore County District Attorney. Obviously, this puts TNA in a bit of a pickle since Jeff is their world champion. They have to take the title off of him, right? RIGHT?

Be interesting to see what TNA does if he indeed pleads guilty.

I'm really curious to see what kind of plea he's copping to. I don't remember all the details, but I think he has some priors, and there were some serious felony charges getting thrown around. If he's not getting any jail time, he's going to get some serious probation with heavy restrictions. Interesting either way.

He had like at least 10 charges against him and he was facing up to over 10 years in prison at least for the charges.
