Jeff Hardy was scheduled to appear in court today, but once again, the case received a continuance.
The case was continued because the defense attorney had been trying to get in contact with the county's Sentencing Services Program. The Sentencing Services Program reviews cases and makes a recommendation of rehab instead of jail time if appropriate. It appears as though he'll either face limited jail time or probation/rehab no matter what.
The case has been continued until June 27th. We'll see ya' then!!
