My favorite face of WWE ever (I am young, haven't seen too many others, like Rock). Just loved his character so much, was very sad when I saw that he left in 2009 (I believe)...

I would be alright with Jeff being back in WWE as it seems that he's kicked the monkey off of his back with his addictions. I'm all about seeing these guys go as long as they're healthy and happy about it. It breaks my heart to see guys who have to keep doing it even though their bodies are incapable of handling it or it's destroying their families.
That being said, I don't know that we'll see Jeff offered another opportunity by WWE. He's had a few shots at the big time in WWE and his demons (wherever they might have come from) kept him from being able to achieve.
