Well, as you know it's pretty safe to say Triple H is working a program with Jeff Hardy. How long it will continue and how it will all fall in by the RR or WM for that matter is unknown. But, part of me is thinking what has a big chance of happening and that is of course Triple H betraying him eventually and returning heel like he always does. Everytime he does this it usually gets the face over like HELL (See: HBK/Flair), so it sure would make sense and would be the ultimate put over for Hardy. This also would coincide with the lack of heels on RAW (all heels are young guys, no big names) and amount of major faces with Lashley soon returning... it would make perfect sense for HHH to turn heel here. I'm assuming that feud would probably continue to RR or NWO, but dunno, as for the title picture it's sort of tricky. For this move to occur, it's obvious no one has faith in Orton as a heel, so HHH would take the role over. But if they are planning on HHH/Orton for WM, Orton would have to be the face or one would have to be the tweener, that or Jericho would be in Orton's spot or somewhere in there.

Anyways, what do you guys think of HHH going back to what he does best and how this could all fall in sync by WM? Will the Hardy program even last that long, or will they just blow it off and this is really just a useless way to keep HHH busy?

Jeff Hardy thing, yes brother it's going to last long because Jeff Hardy is not just anything, he is Jeff Hardy! Jeff is one of those guys who never had the "Big" one. I always saw Edge and Christian, Angle and all of these young guys who made their debut in the late 90's (Same time when Jeff Hardy came to the WWE Ring) And I really liked it when all of them got their big push. Edge won the World Championship, Christian went on to TNA and won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, same was with Angle and others like Kane and The Big Show they also got their "BIG" Push. Jeff Hardy is the next in line, the guy has made himself look so good over the past few years. I personally don't think that HHH needs to turn heel now because there are less heels on RAW or something like that, HHH should turn heel so that Jeff Hardy can get his big push! I don't know why but I just have this feeling that Jeff Hardy will win the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania 24, If he does then well, follow the same thing that Edge did. So I like your concept of having HHH to turn heel and feud with Jeff Hardy right now, that would make perfect sense and would build up to a future Jeff Hardy, Triple H was never so good as a face, he has the heel look and he can have good heel promos so why use him as a face? I hope HHH turns heel at the right time, gives a push to the younger guy and makes his presence known instead of sitting over there and cutting useless promos of facing Umaga.

I agree, I hope they don't drop this storyline off as I think it's time for Hardy to get his big push and hopefully this storyline will be big in that sense. Also agree again, the whole HHH vs. Monster deal is very old already and he seems out of place in that role, as for the promos, they were the sickest thing on RAW (notice were... *cough* Y2J) and the only thing that kept that feud interesting. Hardy as also surprsied me on the mic like hell lately and I'm sure he can keep it up and get even better working with HHH.

I liked it, how G1 brought Mic Skills into the topic. Edge, Christian, Kurt Angle, The Big Show, The Rock and Steve Austin as well as many other Superstars were shit on the mic when they came to the WWE (96,97) But as time passed they learned the skills and just look at The Rock right now lets take his example and compare him with Jeff Hardy. The Rock, he is probably the best speaker on the Mic that WWE has right now and it ever had, check out one of his Classic flawless promos back in 2001 or 2002, so damn entertaining. Now go back to 1997 his Rocky Mavia gimmick and just look at the announcer interview him, sick. The guy can't even speak properly.
Over the years, Rock worked with Hogan, Goldberg, Austin and so many other men who at that time had more skills than The Rock and just look at him right now! I never thought that Rock could be a Main Event Superstar but he turned out to be perfect. Jeff Hardy might just be the next The Rock *laughs* I know you find it funny Jeff and The Rock, but The Jeff Hardy right now without any mic skills or maybe some is the same as Rocky of 1997 who at that time sucked ass, who knows what the guy has inside himself? If just he gets a good run with Triple H then he can expose his true talent and can be Jeff Hardy! And who at best knows what the person is capable of doing? He might be the next WWE Big Babyface!

Exactly, it's all about finding yourself on the mic and how you sound best. I think Jeff Hardy might have found his thing now and should run with it. Anyways, again, hopefully this feud turns out long and effective.

C4, you had good points, but they are based on wrong points, starting from the point that you actually said that Goldberg and Hogan had more skills than The Rock. Besides, his promo quality increase happen somewhere in 1999, besides all those feuds you mention happened.

Now to the point, a few months ago, I would say it would be a transition feud, but now it has the perfect sense to be a long term storyline. First, when HHH made the safe, he did it for his own interests, now next week they could play that HHH is being attacked and Jeff Hardy returns the favor. They could continue that relationship of sort of friends, with then HHH betraying him. If it happens, it would happen for the overload of faces in Raw, not so much the lack of faces. Obviously, it really depends on who will Main Event Mania against Orton, Jericho or HHH.

So basically you are saying Triple H has to carry this whole storyline? Because Hardy definitely won't produce anything of quality interview wise or angle wise with Triple H, it will just be HHH doing all the work OUTSIDE of the ring. Even in the ring Trips will have to carry him. It seems dumb to me and I hope it doesn't last at all.

I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday. The problem is, is that Wrestlemania is so close. I can't see Hardy vs HHH main eventing wrestlemania. If HHH goes heel, and gives the rub to hardy, it would be huge. I can't see that happening with Jericho, and Lashley returning. I just have my doubts over the next few weeks. I think it could work, BUT the remaining wrestlers for mania, would have odd matchups.

I really hope this thing with jeff is so that trips turns heel again that will be wicked as he plays a heel better than any1 and using jeff who is well over with the fans would make the whole heel turn that much better and also the rub jeff gets will b wicked for him. Im kinda hoping that it runs for awhile yet and doesn't just get dropped after nxt weeks match

I think HHH has ralised that Jeff Hardy is pretty talented a maybe deserves to be put in the title picture. I think that is why he was in the votings for who got the title shot at Cyber Sunday. Hardy is already way over with the crowd so I don't see him turning heel. Plus he makes a terrible heel character!!
I know what you mean about there being a lack of main heels on RAW, thats why I think Lashley is going to be heel upon his return!
I read ages ago that HHH wanted to spend the rest of his career as a face (I'm guessing so when he retires the fans love him) So I don't see him turning heel! That now leaves me stumped on where the Hardy/Trips ting is going??

Actually he said he hates to be face and loves and always wants to be heel. Lashley playing a heel... yeah right, I'm sure not even Vince would depend on him for that. He would need a REALLY great manager (Heyman status).

Lashely have always wanted to be a heel, but there is no way in hell Vince would be that stupid to make him heel. If you cant even play a mad babyface, you cant play a vicious heel. And vicious heel is the only type of heel Bobby can play, there is no way he could play a coward heel.

As for Trips, face or heel, fans would love him in his retirement match. Every wrestler retiring gets cheered, well, except your name is Lita and you are even embarrased by the commentators

Jeff Hardy is a "What if Wrestler". He will never hold the WWE title and will never main event Wrestlemania. This guy doesn't deserve to be in the same ring with guys like HBK, HHH, Y2J hell even Satino.

Overrated thy name is Jeff Hardy. He will be like those countless wrestlers that where big names but never held the world title.
