Seriously, I'm surprised he's still alive with the amount of fuck ups he's had in his life. What a waste of oxygen.

MOORE COUNTY SHERRIF'S DEPARTMENT CONFIRMS JEFF HARDY ARREST, HARDY OUT ON BAIL ALREADY
By Mike Johnson on 2009-09-11 16:58:33
Deputy Neil Godfrey of the Moore County Sheriff's Department in Cartage, North Carolina confirmed to PWInsider.com that former WWE star Jeff Hardy was indeed arrested today on a number of drug-related charges.

Godfrey also confirmed that Jeff Hardy was bailed out this afternoon "by his brother" and was free on bail. That would explain Jeff's statement to twitter several minutes ago.

MOORE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT STATEMENT ON HARDY ARREST
By Mike Johnson on 2009-09-11 17:04:06
The Moore County Sheriff’s Office issued the following press release to PWInsider.com:

September 11, 2009

Sheriff Lane Carter reports the arrest of an individual on charges of trafficking in controlled prescription pills,
and possession of anabolic steroids. Sheriff Carter reported a joint investigation conducted by officers from
the Moore County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, Moore County Sheriff’s Office Select Enforcement Unit, and
Fayetteville Police Department led to the arrest.

Officers executed a search warrant at a residence located at [Address Deleted by PWInsider.com] near Cameron, North Carolina. During the search officers located and seized approximately 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills ( Soma’s are non-controlled prescription pills), 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine, and items of drug paraphernalia. Vicodin and anabolic
steroids are included in Schedule III within the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act. The estimated street value
of the drugs seized is $2,500.00.

Arrested was:

Jeffrey Nero Hardy 32 years of age

From Jeff's Twitter:
For the record, Matt didn't bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything.. He's just learning about today's situation..

Hahahaha.... he sure talks crap.

Yeah, he's at home cause he was bailed out. This isn't some stupid little rumor that spiraled out of control.
If this is true, bottom line...you will NEVER see Jeff wrestle again.

The people who think this is going to be the 'end of Jeff Hardy' and his popularity are utterly Blue. Everyone already knew he did drugs, he was still the most over guy in the WWE, you really think people are gonna turn on him now? Punk came out and said it every single day and he acknowledged it. Who cares. I'm really curious why the fuck he has steroids when it's clearly obvious he doesn't do any (unless he wanted to start now???).

Never said it would kill his popularity. But you gotta believe WWE really isn't going to want anything to do with this guy anymore.
Could you imagine if he were still employed by them the shitstorm they would be dealing with right now?

He will always have a huge following and that probs aint gonna change. He is a popular guy. And yes everyone knows he has issues mainly that he cant stay clean. But ya got think whats good for business and getting caught with that huge stash of drugs and some steroids lets be real, Ain't good for business. So unless this was hugely exaggerated i cant see Vince wanting Jeff and his stupidity back anytime soon.
