Jake Hager/Jack Swagger

So, this is one person who has impressed me since I saw him in some matches in devolopmental. He is the lastest man who T'Lo brought in as part ofn the 'New Talent Initiative', and I have to say, he is my favourite behind Colt and Bourne. Although the name Jack Swagger sounds really ghey to me. It doesn't really matter, as he showed off his ammo wrestling, and some good charisma. Plus, his finisher was freaking sweet.

Thoughts for those of us who watch ECW?

I think he was impressive on his debut even though it was a squash, if he can perform well against a established wrestler like Finlay he could definatley be a future ECW Champion. He has also been given something the other 'Inititave' wrestlers didnt get in their first matches and that is a 'finisher' and a awsome one at that.

All his power moves were done really well and he has such a cool finisher. He will go furthest of the new talents based on debuts and if he has mic skills then I see him eventuyally MEing Raw or Smackdown in the future. I heard he is the FCW champion, so obviously the WWE like him. He is so far my favourite behing Bourne. Hopefully Cabana stopps jobbing.

Wait was he a heel? I saw him as a heel but maybe I missed sumthin. He even got a little heat and he worked the crowd rly well.

He isnt just FCW champion, he was first FCW heavyweight champion and is currentley undefeated in FCW. By the time the next wwe draft comes around Swagger should have held the ECW title atleast twice and he could become Champ on Raw or Smackdown unless he gets injured or suspended.

Vanilla... That's about it. He looked good in the ring, I'll give him that, but he just looked so generic. Everything to his look, to being Generic Dude who wears black trunks #339. Again, he looked good in his first match, but I'll have to wait and see how good he is (In terms of charisma and/or mic skills) before I can form a more complete opinion on the dude.

Jake Hager is fucking awesome..and hte fact that he's from Oklahoma doesn't hurt him either >_>

But if he reminds me of Kurt Angle alot...hopefully he can develop some mic skills because I've seen a couple of his promos and I think he could improve on them. I really hope that he is moved to Raw very, very soon.

:rofl: What a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE name. t's really cheesy. But he needs to be given some more time before beign judged first. I heard he was good in the ring, but like sp said, and judging from what others have said, he seems a bit generic.
But that doesn't mean he can't succeed. He needs a chance to improve his "swagger" first.
