It's never been anything to do with sports, it's always been about othering and dehumanising trans people
it preys on men who feel icky about losing to women and tries to drum up ''well that's not fair'' emotions by drumming imaginary scenarios where juiced up transwomen are dominating meek weak innocent women who should be protected. It's never been anything to do with sports, it's always been about othering and dehumanising trans people
I think they split some of them due to the size of kids. In league for example we have some lads standing 6 foot and weighing like 110kgs up against ladies who are like under 5 foot and 50kg wringing wet. Now I know my girl can handle herself cos we've been training her for years, but the admin boards don't like the risk or something. I've even heard comments about boys being 'tempted' to fondle girls during tackles or something which is another reason. The fuck? Man it's a stupid discussion.I am unsure if its college or all sports, I read school so I assume all but I did not fully read.
But yeah, NCAA (college) like I said, if its only college, is the governing body and the president of said body said there's less than 10 athletes that are trans,
I can certainly understand why they seperate genders at time in HS (though tbh, I think they should all be mixed leagues and leave gender leagues to private pro leagues even for youth). Inter mural sports should be for camaraderie and fun, as well as encouraging healthy competition. There's always gonna be super athletes who dominate, regardless of their genders. Should not stop the other kids from being able to play and have fun and I think it's crazy to try to bring adult politics and taking their fun away and making a kid who is probably already struggling fitting in and telling them sorry you can't play sports with the gender you identify. It's cruel.
tbh I do remember reading a lot about a swimmer, something Thomas, who the girls would refuse to stand on podiums with or compete against due to their perceived "disadvantage" of competing against her. Not just a men problem, although we are responsible for the bulk of it.it preys on men who feel icky about losing to women and tries to drum up ''well that's not fair'' emotions by drumming imaginary scenarios where juiced up transwomen are dominating meek weak innocent women who should be protected.
funny tho, it's always that they want to protect women from...in their own words...men
It's almost like they are admitting, in a round about way, that men are indeed the fucking problem. not women
weight makes sense to me. in tug of rope it's like that irrespective of your gender. both sides have to weigh approx the same. simple math, no consideration for muscle mass or gender. Just weight. Seems fair to me!I think they split some of them due to the size of kids. all i can say to that is good luck trying to fondle her, she'll happily kick nuts or punch in the face. And I'll hug her with prideweight makes sense to me. in tug of rope it's like that irrespective of your gender. both sides have to weigh approx the same. simple math, no consideration for muscle mass or gender. Regarding your last sentence, you hit the nail on the fucking head mate. Why the fuck are we separating them to not tempt boys? The solution is teaching boys not to be creepy abusing pieces of shit, not to separate them and go HA HA BOYS WILL BE BOYS WE GOTTA PROTECT DA LADIES.
they do the same shit when measure women's skirts. It's always women having to lose something so men behave. it's fucked up and I hate it!
That raises a question: is it even possible to teach "men" as a monoculture (which they're not but I digress) not to be predators? Because there will always be predatory pieces of shit somewhere, no amount of education or cultural shift can change thatweight makes sense to me. in tug of rope it's like that irrespective of your gender. both sides have to weigh approx the same. simple math, no consideration for muscle mass or gender. Sadly, not in our lifetime miss. Can we shape the future to be better? Fuck I hope so.That raises a question: is it even possible to teach "men" as a monoculture (which they're not but I digress) not to be predators? easily. there are plenty of historical cultures where women lead. It's all about who leads and what we culturally accept or disapprove of as a society. Religion, for one, has been used to suppress women and given men power in exchange for servitude to the ruling class. In a society where every one is truly equal, men do not need to be aggressive or predatory because all their needs would be theoretically made. They would not be expected to be violent as society would be safe and they would theoretically feel loved and be taken care of emotionally, physically and mentally. Therefor, the need to lash out sexually or physically would be greatly diminished. That raises a question: is it even possible to teach "men" as a monoculture (which they're not but I digress) not to be predators? Was just watching this last night on Big Mouth (Season 7). Missy going to the purity pledge or whatever it was, and why the fuck it is the girl that has to swear to all that nonsense. I have Islamic friends and think the way that certain attire is heavily implied on females is disgusting. I've heard them explain the reasoning, but again, it's about preventing predators essentiallyeasily. there are plenty of historical cultures where women lead. preventing predators that are created by religion (in this case at least) suppressing their basic sexual desires and making them go insane - instead of teaching about safe sex and having real conversations about consent. Was just watching this last night on Big Mouth (Season 7). Still shit in 2025, we've got this kind of shit happening. Just gets me down as I've got a friend who's going through the same and is confused about herself. She said it depends on certain aspects of change when growing up and tbh looch I don't know much about this woman just her comment I thought was very disrespectful to all who want equality for any tran, like my family.Depends on how much of actual fire the situation catches... but I doubt it.
