I can give an opinion since I have seen a good bit of his matches. He is pretty good in the ring. Nothing too over the top, but is entertaining and would be a good "fall guy" and such for right now. And his paring with Shaw is fun so far

The one major thing I can say to his credit is he maximizes his screen time. Dude has barely made any appearances in Impact but I remember them all pretty much lol even if it's just comedy
