Fall Out Boy is emo and MCR's early stuff is emo. But Black Parade I wouldn't consider emo and most emo fans denounce MCR as emo. Either way, MCR's second album is awesome with the exception of "I'm Not OK." I would at least give their new album a listen.

Chuck is pretty much right about MCR though "Bullets" is leaps more "emo" than their newer stuff...and i'm still trying to forget they ever recorded I'm not okay. And The Black Parade album has a couple of stinkers but overall it's also awesome too imo.
