In the It Begins promo from a few weeks ago, the boy's book has 'Chris' on, crossed out.
Then the girl pushes it off the desk, right?

Boy = Jericho
Girl = Punk

Punk gets rid of Jericho, making way for him, Jericho comes back and re-claims what is his.

100% Jericho.
