Well that was a quick read. Normally catching up on WG is like 70+ pages a phase.

And this was rather...deflating if I must be honest.

Sky with the vote for "reaction test" that I really dislike in general, but it's moot. Fourthy being as kind as ever but Hayden was super sweet in 4 and well, we know how that turned out. The whole thing just seems overtly fluffy and overtly cautious.

I do like Mr KWEH posing them questions though, which is good.

Lethal always used to tunnel the shit out of me as town to the point that the degree to which he did it was pretty much a tell

I think he did legit hate me for one game though because of what happened with Odo and his shitter crew. Hopefully that's passed now

Yeah let's not drag this bullshit up yet again. You say you hope it's passed but keep bringing it up anytime there's a prudent interaction between us? I think you have the issue, my lady, and need to get over it. I'm here to have fun playing mafia with some pals, not put up with nepotism and slander. If you have issues with other people who I still converse with, then that's on you and zero to do with me.

OMB's tone of play depending on his alignment really more or less how he wants himself to be perceived. Town OMB really kinda does not give a shit about having terrible reads or terrible argumentation (read: he's not afraid to enter into long-winded debates) while scum OMB is more concerned with staying alive, buddying up with strong town players, and only tangentially giving an obligatory scum lean/read (read: If confronted, he's more likely to back down unless by someone he's trying to push to be lynched). More or less, he wants to be more agreeable as scum because that's his strategy to survive as long as possible.

Mind you, these aren't totally concrete tells. OMB is an erratic player, but there's a semi-noticeable pattern to his madness.

And you voted someone already . I'm not gonna get into a fight about this I seen this game before and I don't wanna spend what could be a town/town argument for 6 pages.

Based on these and OMBs posts so far I think it'd be natural for you to give him a town lean so it's odd to me that for some reason you remain null.

some Ive reached this part of the argument, and I'm unsure because OMB came in and did his usual grim is scummy bit but then immediately backed off when Sky came at him and called it 'what could be a town/town argument, his words, which was odd this early lol. But I'm not disagreeing with you the null is a weird read by Grim, reading that back I'd have expected him to be all over that line

Potential goodguying from things that could be read off OP, also seems to cast doubt on cast-iron clears, as a setup for later.

The main negative against Ace Marvel is this attempt to read me off two Page 1 humour posts, and ending up with a fat load of null.


(1) Then why try to read off them, then??
(2) This post as well as the initial post reads as a soft. Ace has denied softing so who knows

Ace wants kills, which isn't necessarily bad, but an interesting point early on. Going to take a stab and say Ace/OMB not scum/scum, because this reads as an indirect discredit of the people clearing OMB. Seemed to avoid OMB otherwise.

The main positive keeping me off voting Ace is the fact that the vibe is of someone who isn't being helped. The behaviour in the first post I quoted, while it could be goodguying, came off new person-like.

this is pretty outside the box thinking and certainly feels a little bit against the thread vibe up to this point. I'll give some blue points to Sky here for making these points with no piggy backing, even if I personally have gotten decent initial vibes from Mr. Marvel.

Not much of a contradiction when it's meta that's been backed up by other players having made those connections in the first place.

I personally just can't read him for shit (I always think he's scum even when his town tells are showing), but point out that those are the established Canon of his meta.

So no, not really a contradiction to say, "Well this is what another player noted like two years ago" when things certainly could have changed, like with Sky over the years.

Btw Tweet I dunno if you did notice tho that OMB came in with the claim that I control the conversation as scum when I post a lot as either alignment despite plenty of evidence to the contrary lol. That's a solid reason as to why I don't have intentions of giving him a town lean based on meta because it's not even especially true what he's throwing down lol

If he's gonna scum lean me and nudge things in my direction at least gimme something that makes a little sense

1) you said yourself he gives flimsily reasoning to scum lean...WHENS HES TOWN
2) if you have no intention on reading someone reading town for playing his town meta, because he accused you off flimsy/erroneous/wild reasoning, which you've taken part in explaining as his meta...

well now its starting to get a little contradictory up in here! Not to say it's not ok to be unsure, but I'm getting a combination of laissez-faire AND stubbornness, which is odd!
