Isn't 8-10 a better idea?

So it looks like starting March 1st TNA is going head to head with RAW on Monday nights. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea and I think this could help spark another "wrestling boom", but don't you guys think they should go from 8-10PM instead of 9-11PM? I've been hearing the current plan is for them to go from 9-11PM, so two hours of WWE competition instead of just 1. Honestly, this is suicide, if they start an hour before WWE they'll at least get the chance to hook people in and keep them from changing the channel at 9PM. Instead, they want to just go strait up head to head and I think the ratings will suffer for it.

What do you guys think? Should they go 8-10PM, 9-11PM, or just stay away from Mondays all together?

I think if anything go with a 8-10 PM timeslot, that gives them an hour to get an audience interested and possibly keep them interested. Honestly If they go 9-11 I see the rating being below 1.0.

Poor ROH. They're not gonna get much in the ratings if they stay on Mondays.

8-10 is far more better. The first hour can get the audience hooked so they won't turn to Raw at 9.

8-10 is WAY better. I've been saying that for years.

ROH needs another network. I think HDnet is a great first time network, to get the product out there, but it just so happens not many have it.

8-10 for obvious reasons. I understand tna want to make an "IMPACT" but i think 9-11 is suicide.

Shows how long it's been since I've not watched a DVRed Raw, but I thought it always came on at 8-10...

EDIT:
*slaps forehead*
Different timezones...

Anyway yeah people are more likely to watch TNA's main event than WWE's openning matches, but WCW did this and if I remember correctly never greatly helped their ratings.

Well if RAW makes the rumored switch to 3 hours it won't matter anyway.

Going on one hour before Raw goes on air is definitely better. It gives wrestling fans some good TV without worrying about changing the channel for an hour. TNA has a better chance of keeping so of those fans than taking a chance on getting fans right at the same time Raw starts.

I agree, the main reason I do not follow ROH is that I don't get HDnet.

8-10 for personel reasons. I can decide which show I'm watching beforehand
