WWE probably gave her the okay, so it is a "shoot", but really it isn't. It is just a clever way for WWE to get more of people's attention.

Or like with Booker T, he was on the preshow and said, "I thought your name was Peter, not Mark!" Little jokes like that, I can dig it. But main story, that's just not the time. This is the number one feud in all of WWE, and they have Ronda telling us not to care about it or about anything else WWE. That's a horrible time to break Kayfabe. Do I hate Ronda? No I don't, I hate WWE for not letting me enjoy wrestling. BS like this is why I cancelled my network subscription

Sunny attests to that in her autobiography by telling us that she never followed a script. Steve Austin claims in his that he made his declaration of intent at King of the Ring 96 with his own words. Hulk Hogan never sounded scripted either. WWE should allow the wrestlers to be themselves and to make full contact, using protection if necessary and stop selling moves.

This is all a worked shoot, this is the only reason I wasn't a fan of Ronda joining WWE. She's an attention whore and she's gonna ridicule wrestling and herself at the same time, so far I was happy with her work, it was not great but fine. Now this kind of shit is lame, I don't mind that they turn her into a heel, that's the way to go but there are better and more creative ways to do it than to just shit all over the business for a storyline.

This kinda bothers me since WWE being scripted is the main reason she's even in WWE to begin with. I mean she lost really badly in her last UFC fights kinda like another fake tough guy Brrrrrrock Lesnar who had to take steroids to win his last fight. I bet if McGregor has a losing streak, he'll bulk up 40 pounds and join WWE

You guys are all clearly missing the big picture, here. WWE is still on this whole "Women's Revolution" kick, so obviously this whole thing is just a set-up for the first ever Women's Brawl 4 All tournament, with the winner taking on the debuting Cyborg in the main event of Evolution.. According to Meltzer, the plan is to have the tournament set up to get Ronda to win and give everyone the Ronda/Cyborg match they all want so the PPV will do huge numbers. But its predicted to be an early upset when Momma Benjamin gets an upset in the second round by legit injuring Ronda and goes on to win the whole thing, before getting tapped out at Evolution in 1.4 seconds.
