NO!

(Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter)

It has been confirmed that Travis "Tyson" Tomko, 32, was released from his contract with World Wrestling Entertainment a few weeks ago. Tomko re-signed with the company in November.

Tomko's first match back in the company was a dark match prior to the December 15, 2008 episode of Raw in a winning effort over Paul Burchill.

However, he was greatly limited by a torn pec and Vince McMahon thought he looked terrible during his lone outing. The former TNA World Tag Team Champion looked noticeably soft during the match.
WWE's Senior Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis took a lot of heat over signing Tomko. There was a feeling he should have had a full medical exam before signing him to see if there was a major injury.

Not really surprising considering he hasn't been used ever since coming back.

I had no idea they resigned him already...lmao. Good thing he never made it up to the main roster. I would have cried if they had once again paired him with Christian.

Fuck, I was dying to make this thead. I sooo wanted to put in a nice, big "No!". But really, it's too bad. I was hoping we'd see him with Christian.

Really? To me putting him with Christian kinda automatically means you're having Christian assume the cowardly heel role.

^^ Exactly Tomko was the problem solver and took care of all the things Christian was afraid of to take care of himself. And WWE wanted to go in a different direction with Christian and so far I believe it's working.
