Is Seth Rollins losing his love from the fans

Here’s his issues:

1. Charisma - the dude can “get on fire” but it all feels like an act. It seems as though he’s trying too hard and faking it.
2. Mic skills - he sucks. Very few times has Seth cut a promo and been fun or great. His voice is terribly monotone and lame, too.
3. Move set - I like his moves, but the curb stomp shouldn’t be it for him. He should also use the frog splash as his finisher if you ask me. He should hit the curb stomp then go for the frog splash.
4. His theme music sucks - I just... hate it. Idk. He needs something more catchy, like Edge had.
5. He’s got the moveset of a face, but the character of a heel. Keep him as a neutral character and alter depending on who he faces?

Overall, he’s talented, but his best character was in the shield and when he went full blown heel. And, hell, even in his heel run I didn’t like him too much.

Disagree. Seth was very much over in early 2019. Dead crowd reaction at the rumble because the show was a million hours long and the rumble sucked.

Seth vs Brock at mania 35 was imo the best place to have the match. They pulled the trigger at the right time. Just the booking afterwards was terrible.

I don’t disagree that he wasn’t “over” in 2019. I just also felt like fans were simply excited to see someone other than Roman face and maybe beat Brock, period.

I do think that his booking afterwards was awful, but I do think shortly after mania 34 would’ve been a better spot to do it.

In agree. I liked the detailed way you put it in. Because I've felt the same way at times.

Yes. He’s just all over the place and he’s not as good as he thinks he is. He’s a good wrestler and that’s about it.

I'd be one to know what it like with Wrestling schedules. Though My dad wasn't in the UPPER Industries but he was part of local smaller industries. Even then he had a very buisy wrestling schedule. Why can't Vince just allow some of these guys to take turns taking breaks and recoopertating and then come back so that they are "renewed" so to speak. Well rested with new Story Lines... etc?

When Rollins had the I.C title he was on fire...

His matches (against 1 or multiple opponents)
were excellent & the fans couldn't get enough of
him.

HOWEVER...

Whatever momentum he gained from winning the
Rumble & defeating Le$nar at Mania was flushed
down the toilet with a terrible feud against Corbin
& the cringe inducing relationship reveal with Becky
Lunch.

Add on the fact that Le$nar just won the Universal
title back with a MitB cash in AND Rollins constantly
running his mouth on social media in what can viewed
as "stupid" ways...and its clear Rollins was never going
to be "The Guy"

If the WWE WANTED Rollins to get over in that top spot
they would have simply repeated his I.C Championship
booking...only with the Universal title...BUT they didn't...

And do you know why?

Because the WWE have "their" Guy already picked out...
and come hell or high water he is getting that spot.

Its clear to me Rollins would never have even been given
the Rumble win & Wrestlemania victory if Reigns wasn't
taking care of his health issues...and Rollins winning at
Wrestlemania was simply done for the fans on that night.

There was never a long term plan to protect & push Rollins
because Vince "cooled" him off with Corbin & now Le$nar
will send him packing completely at SummerSlam...and
do you know why?

Because Wrestlemania 36 is in Florida this year..and the
WWE will once again be going for the "Grand Coronation"
with Reigns defeating Le$nar in the main event with Reigns
actually being cheered for once...because hey...would you
look at that...Roman is from Florida.

This isn't hard to see...

The WWE is just the same old cycle of shit & has been basically
since Wrestlemania 31.

And just to show I'm fair...the exact same thing is going to
happen in the women's division. The company DON'T want
Becky in the top women's spot...they want Charlotte & they
will do everything they can to achieve that.

You honestly think the company wanted Becky on the cover
of WWE2K20 with Roman?

No...they want Charlotte to be the "Alpha Female" (even though
an argument could be made that she is simply through her size
& athletic ability)...and Becky (like Seth) has gone through the
same "cooling off" period with terrible feuds against Lacey Evans
& Natalya...meanwhile Charlotte is getting a "Dream Match" against
Trish Stratus...when rightly that match should be Becky vs. Trish
while Charlotte puts Bayley over again...cleanly.

One of the reasons I no longer want to watch the WWE is I can
see the "strings being pulled" & the performers can only get over
if they are allowed to get over...and to me...that's fucking wrong.

Seth & Becky would be "killing it" if they were booked properly...
but no...

Those in charge want Roman & Charlotte...and eventually...they
will get them...no matter what the fans want.

Also...don't be surprised if Becky drops the title to Natalya this
Sunday...under the guise of the "We couldn't have Trish & Nattie
both lose in Canada. We did it to please the fans!" excuse.

Jesus...they couldn't even let Becky have her 1 on 1 main event
with Ronda last year...they had to force Charlotte in there...and
used the SDL women's title & "Winner take all" stipulation simply
for that reason.

And would you look at what happened...Charlotte won the belt
back 41 days later. Granted Bayley took it from her minutes later...
but the point stands.

Anyone besides Roman Reigns, would be over to some extent in that situation against Brock. The fans were sick of his reign of terror, and wanted to see a great wrestler like Rollins, who could do the title justice win it. So there is absolutely no way a guy like Rollins won't be over in that situation. Plus as far as crowd reactions go, he was still VASTLY overshadowed by both Becky and Kofi in the buildup to WM 35. The thing is that he would have been much more over if he won the title at Summerslam 2018. Why? Because then he had actual, organic momentum that would follow on into his title reign. In this instance the fans cooled off from him as soon as he took the title away from Lesnar, because winning the Rumble randomly after being in 3 months of irrelevant dog shit programming, and then doing fuck all until Wrestlemania is not organic momentum. So that proves that he was cheered mostly because of Brock, which wasn't the case in early/mid 2018. where he was the most over guy in the company based on work ethic alone.

Oh, okay I misunderstood. Though I never said not to put the IC title on him, since that title run was crucial to him being so over. Everything that happened from WM 34 to a month before Summerslam would remain the same. He drops the belt to Ziggler as he did, and goes on to wrestle Brock at Summerslam.

Yeah I suppose that would of been a good idea. I do think it would be extremely wise of wwe to predict that Seth's momentum would of peaked at that very moment. Hard to predict that he wouldn't be as over when he won the rumble. ethos only over when hes having great matches. He falls down otherwise. As we have seen in the last few months

He is and I just can’t get why. He is very skilled in-ring, has a good character work and his presence is quite fine. Don’t know what the other fans are thinking but someone with that description is ideal for main-event. Rollins must be the only guy WWE is pushing rn that actually deserves to be pushed.

towards his storyline based Pay Per View title matches?
