I enjoyed his run in NXT, wasn't a huge fan of him as PAC if I'm being honest (much more of a Ricochet fan for that style of wrestling) however since he's been called up his matches haven't flowed at all well. He's devalued his moveset so much.

Intrigues me how WWE seems to be half in touch all the time, they sign all the indy guys and understand how much workrate matters in 2015, then have work basic heat matches. :p Even adapting the surprisingly different NXT style would benefit the main roster greatly atm.

This x 10.

I'm a huge fan of their in-ring work (especially their work alongside Styles, Anderson, etc., in Bullet Club), but there's a reason they have a bad rep in the WWE locker room. You don't disrespect Booker T and RVD and expect everybody to think you're worthwhile unless you're willing to eat some serious crow.

He is no Tiger Mask.
His problem is he tries to cram in waaay too much stuff into his matches. It backfires. He has no presence. He peaked with Bullet Club creation and run in 2013, both in terms of character work, presence and match quality. Four good/great matches with Tanashi.

This there is something about the way he works a match that bothers me. He has had good matches but I do not personally see something unique in him, solid worker nothing more. Also going back to his NXT run the crowds are smarky about anything when it comes to big names from outside wwe.

I haven't seen any of his matches pre-NXT. But I think he's a good wrestler with a cool look (with the paint).

When he doesn't wear the the paint I think it takes a lot away from his persona. Also his finishing move just looks dumb.

I think he's a bit overrated. In my opinion him and Neville are similar. As in terms of ability and size and all that. Except Neville is much more fluid and exciting in the ring. And a way better finisher.

Yes, the way he moves inside the ring, all those awkward steps etc. It certainly doesn't help he's small and thin, and his offense is not very impactful for a guy who wants to play with big boys. Everything about him is painfully average.
