It’ll be fun to see them hook it up with the likes of DIY, New Day, LWO, Legado, Street Profits, Pretty Deadly, Judgment Day, Bloodline, Frazier & Axiom (if they go to NXT). I would also like to see both of them in singles matches against Rey Mysterio at least once.

From the official fightful article.

“Those that we’ve talked to said that AEW had wanted to re-sign them, but the process kept getting delayed by Penta and Fenix. Over the past few weeks, it became evident to AEW that the duo weren’t looking to re-sign, capped off by an ominous Konnan tweet saying “What goes around comes around 2.”

pretty sure if they are under contract still that would be contract tampering if WWE did that unless Konnan is pulling some of his bullshit...

Also explains why they were pulled from the All in card per a previous report. They have made up their minds. Glad they are pushing to go to main. They are too good for developmental and they have been working on American TV for 5 years now

I actually push for people to go for NXT more lately just bc I think HBK uses some folk a lot better but I just don't think that roster has much of a place for them either rn, main roster money would also probably be a main factor for them too

It probably happens between both sides way more than they would ever admit to.

wrestlers have friends who can asks questions for them it's not that wild yeah. it was only an issue when they were asking people to break their agreements. happens in real sports too - it's not a coincidence top players sign like super early on FA day when they arent supposed to be talking to anyone until that day

Yeah it's kind of a dumb unwritten rule to just pretend no one contacted you lol Jeff Hardy was probably one of the funniest but I can't remember his exact quote when he was in his 90 days

Wasn't it something really dumb like he was at a concert and just outright said he'd signed with them.
