And yeah I still think this is "Let me out of the deal and I'll sign an NDA." TK should just offer him a conditional release that doesn't allow him to go to WWE until the Summer. If he takes it then he just wants out of AEW if he doesn't then clearly it's an "I just wanna go to WWE" thing.
Why would he take that deal? He'd be in exactly the same spot as he is now, minus getting paid every month

...to show that there is actually some truth to his claims that AEW mistreated him and it's not just dropping cryptic hints to force a release, so he can sign with WWE as soon as possible?

Yeah, I was going to point out all the other places that he could work :lol as WWE isn’t the only other place to go or anything. So yeah he still make money.

if AEW is treating him that badly, why would you want to stay? Plus he can go wrestle in AAA, TNA , MLW, NJPW etc.
I get what you're saying but the "damage" has already been done with regards to whatever this medical issue is and them extending his contract, so it's not like it's something they're still doing now like refusing him to work indy dates whatever.

But again, if he is so angry at how AEW treated him why would you stay? You can work TNA, AAA, CMLL plenty of other places and he would get booked. If he says no, it kind of proves he wants to go to WWE

I think it's clear he's trying to get out and it's clear aew will no comment and sit his ass till summer.

There was no "damage " done, the only ppl taking the medical n inhumane treatment at face value clearly weren't watching, would not watch and will never watch aew. It's a big nothing burger for the drama slop lovers

So reading the latest SRS update: " They had heard that Fenix took issue with a doctor who hadn't cleared him at one point, though context on that wasn't exactly complete."

if true... looking after a talent's health is inhumane treatment now? If Fenix disagree he could have gone to other doctors to prove he is cleared

Fenix posted a number of tweets seemingly aimed at AEW without naming them directly, claiming that he was treated inhumanely and denied a doctor when he needed one. Fightful asked for comment or statement from AEW both via message and in person at Monday's on-sale ticketing event. We were told that they weren't going to comment on the matter, with an additional source indicating that they couldn't comment on medical claims regardless.

Fightful has spoken to numerous sources in AEW who were surprised by Fenix's tweets, even though the two sides are on the outs. One source admitted there have long been communication issues, but hadn't heard anything that would be construed as "inhumane," and hadn't spoken to Fenix about it. They had heard that Fenix took issue with a doctor who hadn't cleared him at one point, though context on that wasn't exactly complete. We're still trying to find out any additional details on issues Fenix took with AEW. We did reach out to both he and AEW, and haven't heard back.

Another AEW source who claimed to be familiar with the matter said that the claims were untrue and that they thought word of AEW "not being upset by the fake WWE news" was someone trying to "babyface themselves" in the situation, as AEW had been upset about word that Lucha Bros had talks with WWE with plenty of time remaining on their deals.

There is more after about Penta and stuff, also mentions there were people within AEW who thought Tony might let him out early last week

What a cool guy....*sigh*

And yes we all know wrestlers talk when their deals are coming up. Actively negotiating with a talent contracted n talking about merch etc....then bragging about it....is so far beyond reasonable. Aew have every right to be furious at this dude from their pov
