I don't think that people are seeing this from the business point of view which Dixie Carter has - all credit to her. Yes, this may be a 'dirty' and underhanded trick but at the end of the day WWE and TNA are competitors within the same industry and they will try and better each other whichever way possibly. Just think if you ran your own business; you would do anything to better your competitor and to get their customers or in this case viewers.

On the subject of being over sensitive parents I am not saying I disagree with you guys but it is easy to take that view when you are not in that position. Can you say for sure that you wouldn't react like that if in their place.

I wouldn't because of the reasoning which is this is all over one of the most basic heel moves at shows. This is a come to our show we sensitive and family friendly and obviously that woman could possibly see otherwise. This won't do anything for TNA unless they change the whole company image.

Not to mention TNA's image has been the more adult oriented of the two as of late. I mean it's one thing to claim this and be sincere it's another just to blatantly lie to garner attention.

Sad thing is Dixie probably doesn't realize it's a lie.

Regarding what I think was the question of this thread, where do you draw the line with heel/fan interaction? I'unno. But if the unwanted press from these heel antics are indeed worrying Vince then I think he needs to stop running around threatening/firing people or whatever, just sit his talent down and lay out the things he specifically does not want them doing or saying. Because the talent seem to be just as in the dark on this as we are.

In Del Rio's case, I don't see the big deal either. Just a sign that got ripped up, nothing new at all and it seems no real damage was done. To me, its the equivalent of someone who goes to a comedy club and takes offense to typical material, unable to realize the person on stage is a persona, a performer who can't possibly guess everyone's sensitivities.

While the mother has a right to be upset that her child was emotionally hurt by this big, seemingly arrogant prick, the mother should exercise some empathy herself. Could she not have just explained to her kid that the man was simply playing a character and would do no such thing to her in real life, instead of circumventing that responsibility by looking for someone to blame/attack/get "compensation" from?
