India Bans Dolphin Shows; Says Dolphins Should Be Treated As "Non-human People"

but seriously... ITS A DOLPHIN! Is PETA looking to take over land and sea to make sure every single animal has "human rights?"

I have no issue with them banning the shows and banning dolphins in captivity but it is a nothing gesture if they allow other animals to be held in captivity. I don't agree with the non-human persons comment, they are still animals so there is no need to give them extra rights especially since, as mentioned by others, not even all humans have equal rights. Fix that first before worrying about animals.
