Matches Just Added:

TAG TEAM CHALLENGE MATCH
In May of 2002, Frankie Capone (Francisco Ciatso) and Python, along with Pete Cannon defeated Wrongful Death for the IPW Tag Team Championship. Wrongful Death took the titles back from them in a match that literally went to the streets of St. Petersburg outside of the famed WrestlePlex complex. The two teams are back for more, but this time, its Ciatso and Cannon teaming up, forming the Original Double Deuce to take on Naphtali and Dagon Briggs on Night 1 of the Jeff Peterson Memorial Cup. Ciatso holds several singles titles in and out of Florida, and Cannon hasn't competed for some time. Wrongful Death hasn't teamed in over a year, but has proven they are always a successful team no matter how long the absence.

4 WAY CRAZYFEST
Jeff Peterson was never more successful than when he was beating multiple opponents in a single night. That is why on July 13th, we are going to give you a Four-Way CrazyFest. Among those competitors is former NWA WORLD Junior Heavyweight champion and JPC competitor Jerrelle Clark. Clark will have his hands full with three other competitors, including former IPW Television champion Dr. Reginald Heresy. Heresy makes his Florida return for this great event for the first time since the IPW Reunion show. Another competitor making his return to the ring is the Low-Flying superstar BUG! That is right, the Bug is making his return to the ring on Night 1. But these three wrestlers will also have to compete with NWA-Anarchy and FIP star Kory Chavis. Chavis has spent more time in Georgia rings than Florida rings lately, but is looking to make a statement and show Florida fans what they are missing.

SPECIAL CHALLENGE MATCH
Mister Saint Laurent has put together what he calls a SuperGroup of his allies that he knows will carry him to the top. MSL has called the JPC office and left a 23 minute message about how he was going to make a name for himself during this signature event. He mentioned something about Rage in the Cage and showing his dominance in Florida. So MSL has put together a team of four and has issued a challenge to anyone to answer it on July 13th. MSL's team consists of Leon Scott and former FIP Tag Team Champions, the Heartbreak Xpress.

ProWrestling Syndicate 9/7- "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal vs. "The Genius" Lanny Poffo Announced!

Pro Wrestling Syndicate returns to The Garfield Boys and Girls Club on 490 Midland Ave in Garfield, NJ on Friday night September 7 at 7pm.

Already announced for this event:

PWS Commissioner Necro Butcher and Chris Hero vs Eddie Kingston and Sabu

At the PWS debut event on June 24 in Garfield, "The Savior Of Pro Wrestling" Chris Hero was set to go one on one against TNA X Division Champion Samoa Joe. However due to the influence of Commissioner Necro Butcher, Hero agreed to participate in Necro's plan to set up Eddie Kingston to get in the ring with Samoa Joe. This led to Kingston tapping out to Joe's Coquina Clutch rear naked choke hold. Eddie Kingston is now seeking revenge on Hero and Necro and after Commissioner Necro gave him 7 days to choose a tag team partner for this No DQ Tag Team Match on September 7. "The King Of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston responded by pulling an ace out of his sleeve and announced that his partner will be former two time ECW Champion Sabu! In what now has become a dream match, two hardcore icons, Sabu and Necro Butcher, will be face to face in a match with no rules, each of them teamed with a skilled technical wrestler who has a long term disgust for the other in a match up where anything can happen. This one is bound to get ugly as these four will slug it out until there is a pinfall or submission anywhere in the building.

Justin Credible vs Reckless Youth: Best Of 3 Falls

September 7 marks the day of the rematch between former ECW Champion Justin Credible and "The King Of The Indies" Reckless Youth, only this time it will be fought under Best Of Three Falls Rules; the first man to pin his opponent or make his opponent submit twice will be declared the winner. These two decorated veterans squared off in a match of high respect at PWS' June 24 event. The finish of the match was highly questionable as Reckless Youth appeared to have his shoulder up before the 3 count, however referee Mike Mongoose called for the bell and awarded Justin Credible the win. Upon reviewing the footage, Commissioner Necro has ordered a rematch and has named Mike Mongoose the official for the match. Credible is a former ECW Champion and former 8 time WWE Hardcore Champion. In addition to WWE and ECW, Credible has competed in TNA and Wrestling Society X amongst other companies and has collected wins over Terry Funk, The Sandman, Tommy Dreamer, and Homicide amongst others. While Reckless Youth has never achieved the national recognition that Credible has, he has had a very successful indy wrestling career and has picked up wins over CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, and AJ Styles....all on the same night! Credible and Reckless' first PWS encounter was called by many "the match of the night"; their rematch has the potential to deliver threefold.

"The Genius" Lanny Poffo vs "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal

In a match that can only be described as "the battle of the brothers from another mother", former TNA X Division Champion "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal will square off against wrestling legend "The Genius" Lanny Poffo!

More matches to be announced in the coming days.

Tickets are currently on sale. To purchase online please go http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/17223 or charge by phone by calling (800)838-3006.

The WSU womens division has heated up since its launch in March of 2007. Many wrestlers in WSU claim to be the best. On 7/14, this Saturday, we will find out who the best womens wrestler in WSU is, as WSU will crown its first Womens Champion.

To crown the first ever champion, there will be four qualifying matches. The winners of the four qualifying matches will move on to a Fatal Four Way, One Fall To a Finish Match, where WSU will crown the first champion.

Here are the four qualifying matches:

Alicia vs Becky Bayless

Amy Lee vs Alere Little Feather

Luna Vachon vs ???? Mystery Opponent ????

Also in action is a special tag team rematch, with the Soul Sisters of Latasha & Jana looking to make it two straight against the Diva Killaz, Kayla Sparks & Miss Deville!

Here's that pertinent info one more time:

What: WSU's 3rd All-Girls Show

When: Saturday, July 14th

Where: The ECPW School, located at 87-A Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha, NJ

Belltime: First DVD Taping, 5PM, Second DVD Taping: 8PM. Get there at 4PM for premium seating!

Major Happening: WSU Will Crown The First Ever WSU WOMENS CHAMPION!

And here's what happened last time, in a WSU Press Release issued in June:

The four qualifying matches are full of emotion. Alicia & Becky Bayless had a bloody match on the 3/3 show. While Alicia won that match, Becky Bayless sent Luna Vachon to take Alicia out on 5/5. Alicia was able to get by Luna but left seriously bruised and battered. Now on 7/14, Becky Bayless, after missing the 5/5 show for intense training will return to the squared circle to get her revenge on the self-proclaimed queen of Jersey, Alicia.

Things have been hot and fiery between Alere Little Feather & Amy Lee. On 3/3, Amy Lee cut a profanity laced obscene promo, questioning the girls in WSU. The 18 year veteran than took it upon herself to wipe out the Diva Killaz single handedly. Alere Little Feather took offense and tried taking on Amy Lee, only to find out that this wasn't going to be David vs Goliath. After being suspended due to her actions and f-bomb tirades, Amy Lee returns to WSU and Alere looks forward to the challenge. On 5/5, Alere defeated the larger Della'Morte in a match to prepare vs Amy Lee. Now, on 7/14
there is much more on the line than their personal issues, as the winner will move on to the match to crown the first ever WSU Womens Champion!

Alexa Thatcher vs Nikki Roxx is a special attraction match WSU is putting on. Both have expressed their interest in WSU and would like nothing better than to walk away with the WSU Womens title. Alexa Thatcher, coming off a win by beating Mia Love on 5/5 looks to make it two straight against WSU newcomer Nikki Roxx. Roxx may be new to WSU, but she's certainly not new to the ring. Both competitors are pysched for the match and with a chance to become WSU Womens Champion, the stakes have beeen considerably raised.

Luna Vachon will be in the house on 7/14. Coming off a loss to Alicia on 5/5, Luna looks to add more gold to her resume, in the shape of the WSU Womens title. Luna has put out an open challenge on 7/14. Many girls on the WSU roster want nothing to do with Luna after the way Luna destroyed Alicia on 5/5, but with an open contract and the chance to become the first ever WSU Womens champion, you can expect someone big to answer the challenge. Luna welcomes all comers. However, one must wonder what's going to happen with both Luna and Alicia in the same building as Luna has vowed her revenge on Alicia.

The Diva Killaz will also take on the Soul Sisters on 7/14. Kayla Sparks & Miss Deville, the Diva Killaz, have not been on the same page in WSU. On 3/3, both took each other on in a special challenge match and seemed to be fine. However, as backstage DVD footage showed us, The First Lady of Wrestling, Missy Hyatt, stirred the pot between them. Trouble has been brewing for the Diva Killaz and it seems it's only a a matter of time before something seriously bad happens. However, The Diva Killaz have assured WSU management that everything is "peachy keen" and look forward to the Soul Sisters, Jana & Latasha's challenge on 7/14. The Soul Sisters were victorious on 5/5 against the Diva Killaz and The Diva Killaz look to even the score while the Soul Sisters look to repeat history.

Also in the house that night will be the sultry Jasmin St. Claire & The First Lady of Wrestling Missy Hyatt. What will happen when these two cross paths?

All this and much much more will take place on 7/14. There are 8 people looking to win the prestigious WSU Womens title. WSU has been in negotiations with other indy promotions that despite whomever wins the WSU title, that the WSU Womens champion can defend the championship at any indy event. That means after 7/14, the WSU Womens title could potentially change hands at another indy event in any part of the world! However, that is looking too far ahead as all roads lead to 7/14! Be there on July 14th as the girls of WSU show you what womens wrestling is all about.

THIS SHOW IS COMPLETELY FREE! Bring the family, bring your friends, bring one, bring all! The WSU womens division looks to entertain like never before!

Don't forget to support the women of WSU and purchase WSU Womens DVDs at DOIVideo.com today!

Who: Full Contact Wrestling (FCW)
What: The biggest Lucha Libre show in North America!
When: Saturday, July 14, 2007 8pm
Where: LA Sports Arena, Los Angeles, CA

Full Contact Wrestling (FCW) is proud to announce their return to Los Angeles on Saturday July 14 at the LA Sports Arena. After selling out the world famous Grand Olympic Auditorium 4 times between 2004 and 2005, FCW was left homeless when the historic building was sold. After bouncing around different arenas in 2006 and early 2007, FCW has finally found a new place to call home. FCW president Raul Altamirano had this to say about their return to Los Angeles. “The Lucha fans in Los Angeles are the greatest in the United States! I’m so proud to be bringing the biggest names of Lucha Libre in from Mexico to the LA Sports Arena. So many great matches have taken place in this building, and FCW will continue that tradition.” Not only will it be a night of great matches, it will also be a night of firsts. The main event is what is called in Mexico “La Jaula de la Muerte ” or “Cage of Death! 8 men will enter the steel cage. The goal is to leave the cage, with the last man remaining losing either his hair or mask!

“Someone will definitely be losing his mask or hair” Raul said. “This is the first time this type of match has ever been done in the United States, and only FCW could make it happen,” he went on to say. Signed for the cage match are El Santo, Rey Misterio, El Hijo de Rey Misterio, La Parka, Psicosis, Cassandro, Pentagon Black and Gran Hamada. For the semi main event, FCW will present “Lucha Atomica", pitting the team of Mil Mascaras, Dos Caras and Psicodelico Jr. and a Mystery Partner vs. Los Dinamita teaming with El Hijo de Cien Caras (making his FCW debut). In addition, the legendary Perro Aguayo will make his FCW debut with a special announcement for the crowd. “We’ve been trying to bring Perro to FCW for over 3 years,” Raul said. “I finally had to fly to Mexico and talk to him face to face before I could persuade him to come.” In another first, new FCW World Tag Team Champions will be crowned this night in a fatal 4-way match! The teams of Los Luchas, The Young Bucks, Los Chivos and Supreme/Pogo will battle it out. The winners will be crowned the new FCW champs!

In addition, Hall of Famer Mando Guerrero will preside over the match and present the belts to the winners. “It’s really an honor to have someone like Mando Guerrero involved in this match. Motor City Wrestling Presents:
STANDING OUR GROUND
Friday, July 13th 2007
MCW Arena
38 Lviv Ave. - Oshawa, On
Doors Open: 7:15pm - - Bell Time: 8:00pm
Tickets: $12.00 Adv. $15.00 at the Door

After defeating SeXXXy Eddy at Declaration of War, Viking is continuing his crusade in MCW, this time he is daring ANYONE to step up and challenge him in Viking's very own Deathmatch D' Quebec!

One corner will feature barbed wire weaponry, another will be all about the thumbtacks, 3rd corner is loaded with lighttubes and the 4th, and most destructive will have 3 fans, one of them with barbed wire around the blades, the other with thumbtacks glued to it and the last will just be plain. Oh by the way.... they will be plugged in and running!

UPDATE: THE CHALLENGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE ONTARIO GOD OF VIOLENCE, BLOODY BILL SKULLION!

MCW Management had a tough decision to make the last few days, trying to decide exactly who is deserving enough to be in the 4 way ladder match on July 13th. The original plan called for qualification matches... however they couldn't take place due to circumstanced beyond out controll so instead we selected who we felt should be in this match.

1. Kenny the Bastard - Though the "bastard" enlisted in the help of fellow 'Quebecois member, Maxime Boyer, April 13th in one of his few matches in Ontario he really impressed.

2. Stupefied - Back to the amazing match in April, Stup and Kenny gave it their all, and Stup was the man who pulled the ladder out in the match that could have very well been the Match of the Night. Stup's ariel tendancies, and stellar performance gives him a birth into the Ladder Match.

3. "The 8-Bit Luchadore" Player Uno - Unoooooo Uno Uno Uno Unoooooooo ..... Unooooooo! Player Uno could easily be regarded as MCW's most loved wrestler in the eyes of the fans, not only because of his whacky antics, or his amazing Nintendo Controller Short Thingers... But because when it comes to high flying, fast paced wrestling... few can roll with the Double Dragon II master!

4. Kaos - Even though he lost in his first match back in over a year to The Prodigy on Canada Day... People who went to the inaugeral show may remember this mans ariel antics, and the amount of punishment he put his body through, from the suicidal helo from the top to the outside, or when he went crashing hard through a table... He really put everything on the line, and proved he had guts... and sometimes thats all you need... Therefore Kaos has been selected into the Ladder Match.

They had an amazing match last April with Boyer winning by putting the boots on the ropes for leverage. Now Ruffy has the chance for revenge in this rematch... this time it will be 2 out of 3 falls to determine the victor.

Former World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Champion and Current WWE Hall of Famer, The Iron Sheik makes his triumphant debut to the Motor City. Stay posted to see just how ``SheikyBaby`` makes his impact.

These two men have battled eachother for almost a year, and once again they will cross paths, this time in ONTARIO, as the newest member of the 'White and Blue Platoon' makes his debut... but unlike the others, he is big, green and nasty and won't think twice about f***in' you up! The Green Phantom invades Oshawa, to face his old nemesis... THE TRIPLE X SEX EXPRESS, SeXXXy Eddy! And much to the style of Motor City Wrestling... Falls Will Count ANYWHERE!

UPDATED: NEW MATCH ANNOUNCED

Things just keep getting better and better, as "MVP" Michael Von Payton will be making his debut in the Motor City to challenge Kobra Kai in what will sure to be a hard hitting matchup not to be missed!

Be sure to get your tickets soon, as this will be a show not to be missed. Keep posted for more information to come your way about STANDING OUR GROUND

EPW/SlamTech Announce Their First Wellness Program Event
Eastern Pro Wrestling (EPW) and SlamTech Wrestling University are happy to announce the first Wellness Program Event as part of our new Wellness Program. The event/seminar is still in the works, but has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 18th, and is open to ALL independent wrestlers/wrestling students in the New England area. The seminar will start at 7:00PM and run about two hours. The location will be the Fall River Police Department meeting room at 685 Pleasant St in Fall River, MA.

I want to make something clear about this event and the EPW Wellness Program in general. This is NOT an anti-steroid campaign or witch-hunt. Of course steroid abuse will be discussed, but it is only one of many topics being covered. Some of the other topics include:

- General health issues for wrestlers
- Alternative pain treatments
- Substance abuse and how to get help if you need it
- Mental health and how to get help if you need it
- Natural bodybuilding
- Dangers of steroid abuse

These are just some of the topics being addressed and ALL are being presented by medical professionals/experts in each field. We here at EPW/SlamTech have put this together NOT because an individual with obvious mental health issues, committed heinous crimes, then took his own life. However, the statistics that have come to the forefront as a result of this act have made us even more aware of something we all already know. Too many professional wrestlers die at an early age. You all know the statistics and probably like most of us, have chosen to push them from your mind. That is until now. From this point forward, we want to try to educate and assist all independent wrestlers and students to all of the pitfalls of this industry and how they can try to avoid them. We’ve always touched on these things with our younger wrestlers/students, but never at the level that we will be from now on.

This is a FREE seminar and all of the panel members have donated their time to this cause. We sincerely hope that every independent wrestler in the area will consider coming. This may be an EPW/SlamTech sponsored event, but it’s not just about and not just for our locker room. It’s for all of us. We want everyone to be healthy and pain-free. Too many guys are getting hurt and suffering the consequences of it. This seminar is mandatory for all Slamtech members and we invite anyone from ANY school to this "non-partisan" event. Please come down.

Pro Wrestling Syndicate: Friday July 13th News Desk - MAIN EVENT FOR SEPT 7 ANNOUNCED

September 7 marks the day when a beastly killing machine will be face to face with an international legend. A dream match where a barbaric monster will square off against a fiendish foe that knows no limitations. Our sadistic PWS Commissioner Necro Butcher has made it official; September 7 in Garfield, New Jersey for the first time ever; former TNA Heavyweight Champion “The Monster” Abyss will go one on one with the former Wrestling Society X Heavyweight Champion, coming all the way from Guadalajara Mexico for his first ever pro wrestling match in the state of New Jersey…Vampiro!
Abyss is on a rampage in PWS after overcoming the odds and defeating three formidable opponents in a 4 Corner No DQ Elimination Match at PWS’ debut event on June 24. This monster has held gold in Puerto Rico, Canada, and around the US including TNA where he became Heavyweight Champion after defeating the legendary Sting. Abyss also holds wins over many house hold names including Rhino, Christian Cage, and Jeff Hardy amongst others proving he can hold his own against any style of competition.

Vampiro is the newest star to join Pro Wrestling Syndicate but by no means is he unknown to PWS fans. In WCW he squared off against the company’s top stars including Sting, Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan amongst others. He held the WCW Tag Team title alongside pureseu legend The Great Muta. Internationally Vampiro has competed around the globe including WWC and IWA in Puerto Rico, IPW UK, NWE in Italy, and All Japan Pro Wrestling amongst others, holding titles mostly everywhere along the way. In spite of these tremendous accomplishments, Vampiro’s greatest fame however may have occured in Mexico where he successfully competed as the top draw in both CMLL and AAA where he still competes actively. State side Vampiro has competed in TNA, WSX, XPW, and ICP’s JCW where he was a two time Champion.
Friday night September 7 in Garfield, NJ - the legendary Vampiro vs “The Monster” Abyss.

Also on the card

Commissioner Necro Butcher/Chris Hero vs Sabu/Eddie Kingston - NO DQ

Justin Credible vs Reckless Youth - Best Of 3 Falls

“Black Machismo” Jay Lethal vs “The Genius” Lanny Poffo

plus: Trent Acid, Steve Monsta Mack, Paul E Normus, The Zombie, Talia Madison, and much more.

More matches TBA in the coming days. The action starts at 7pm on Friday night September 7 at The Garfield Boys & Girls Club on 490 Midland Ave in Garfield, New Jersey (about 30 minutes from NYC).
This will be Sabu’s first announced match on the northeast since departing from WWE!

Tickets are currently on sale starting at just $10.

I was never much of a Sid Vicious fan. I've always thought of him as an average big man. I never really took him seriously, especially with his "Millennium Man" gimmick. I'm happy to see that he is doing good with himself...A lot of wrestlers have been dying lately so when I see a guy like Sid doing good, it makes me happy.
