I'm picturing a Velvet rollup on Mickie progressing the turn more.

Only thing that makes sense. Tara and Brooke really don't need the shot. So Velvet wins, Mickie snaps. Hopefluuy, Mickie's character becomes more unstable like during her WWE debut run.
