The opening promo with A Double was damn good, until Hardy shows up and so I black out for obvious reason. But then :Bully: comes out and OWNS Hardy. And Aries interrupts and carries the promo until Aces & Eights appeared on the video screen. The modulated man with “Prospect†on his jacket said Aces & Eights are about luck and commitment. The mystery man said Ray got lucky at Hardcore Justice. The modulated man said they will make their presence known in a very real way tonight.
Joe/Magnus was a quick back and forth match, i wish it would of went on longer but hey. Oh and Joe's cradle was pretty damn sweet, Joe now has 61 points in the BFG Series. Post-match: The announcers noted Joe moves back into second place with the win as Magnus sat down in the mat selling frustration. Joe patted him on the back as Magnus continued to sell frustration in the ring. Joe then left the ring and Magnus grabbed a chair on the outside. Magnus went for a chair shot and Joe got his arm up to block, causing Magnus to smash Joe’s forearm. Joe acted Angry/Hurt/Betrayed all in a space of 10 seconds as Magnus walked away from ringside. ** match
Fuckin' Madison Rayne segment was awful but it picks up because Brooke Hogan comes out
Brooke said she’s known Earl her whole life and it’s quite evident there’s some shady stuff tonight. Brooke said Earl can’t referee any more of Brooke’s Knockouts matches. After Madison flipped out, Brooke announced Madison vs. Miss Tessmacher in a re-match tonight. Brooke said she brought in a special referee for the match tonight. Madison then cut a promo on Brooke and the Hogans, saying they’re all talk and no action. Rayne told “big, bad Hogan†to come make the changes right now. BUT WAIT THEIRS MORE Brooke then charged the ring and Madison and Earl bailed from the ring. Brooke called her out to the ring, then two Aces & Eights dudes hit the ring. Brooke slowly turned around and didn't seem affected by their presence. The two dudes cornered her in the ring, then Ray, Aries, and Hardy stormed the ring to make the save, chasing A&E from the ring. Kurt Angle and James Storm come down ever so slowly like they didn't give a fuck is she gets RAPED.
Before the match Daniels and Kaz have a great promo in which AJ ruins but Daniels saves it with the He's gonna go "Maury Povich" of us line.
. I think this is the blowoff match to this 2 year long AJ Styles/Daniels feud, because before the match Styles adds a stipulation to this match. If he loses, he accepts that he's the father of Claire Lynch's baby. If Styles wins, he will take a test. WAIT!!! a minute can you do that and why don't more feuds have this stip. I guess Styles wants to give himself a challenge and prove his innocence…..In the stupidest way possible. But thankfully the match was great. *** even if the false finish which was hilarious.
Sting talks to Hulk on the phone, and says he will be there next week when he calls out Aces and Eights. Hogan says they have to fight, or they die. Sting asks if he is ready for old school, and Hogan says that is the only way to go, and he has his back. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
James Storm was shown re-arranging his gear. Jeff Hardy then walked up behind Storm and said he doesn't care what people are saying, just that Aces & Eights cost him 20 points at Hardcore Justice. Hardy said it’s all shady. Storm turned around and said he’s sick and tired of everyone accusing him and now Hardy is questioning him. Storm said he will be there next week to fight A&E. He then vowed to be ringside for Hardy’s match against Bully Ray tonight to make sure the group doesn't show up. Sold even if tho Hardy opened his mouth.
Roode came out and cut a damn good promo, it felt like on of those if i can't win the world title then i quit moments, just damn good stuff from him.
The knockout match was lame, i wasn't paying much attention to it, i just kept looking at Taryn Terrell AKA TIFFANY and i also kept laughing at when Brooke fell on her fat ass
I think this makes Madison the shortest reigning Knockouts Champion in history.
Hardy/Bully was pretty solid and better then i expected with a good amount of time. he finish comes when Hardy and Bully are down. Aces and Eights arrive and look like they are about to attack Bully, but TEAM TNA comes out to save the day. Aces and Eights retreat, which allows Hardy to hit Twist of Fate for the quick victory. I love how seconds after taking a finisher, Bully is back up to attack Hardy. Bully questions Storm being involved. Storm about to hit the Last Call on Bully, but ends up hitting Hardy. Once Bully leaves, Ace's & 8s give Storm a round of applause. Tazz and Tenay's acting here was hilariously bad and did not sell it at all, suddenly the the Ace's & 8's attack Storm to end the show. The Beatdown was awful and the fact that TNA cut the show during the beatdown made it that much more funny.
Overall: The was just flew by I really thought it felt short, but that's generally a good thing. If a show feels long, that usually means it's dragging. AKA Raw the past 3 weeks. But as for this show it wasn't as good as previous weeks have been nothing really stud out. But they did do at trying to get you to watch next week's show. Because of the Storm beatdown and no Park, Park & PARK C'MON TNA.
