TNA Impact on Thursday, February 6 officially scored a 1.24 rating off a first hour 1.31 rating and second hour 1.17 rating.

Q1 scored a show-high 1.40 rating.

Q1: For the sixth consecutive week to start 2014, Q1 scored the highest rating of the show, registering a 1.40 rating for the opening segment. This week featured Abyss vs. Eric Young in a Monster's Ball match without a commercial.

Q2: Impact held close with a 1.33 rating for MVP's first TNA promo following a pre-commercial hook to hear MVP speak for the first time. The segment included one commercial.

Q3: Impact continued a steady decline to a 1.26 rating for Bully Ray beating up Curry Man and two full commercial breaks.

Q4: Impact held at a 1.26 rating for Austin Aries's impromptu X Division Title match against D.J. Zema and one commercial.

Q5: Impact did not get a top-of-the-hour bump, slipping to a 1.23 rating for a non-wrestling segment centered on MVP and Dixie Carter talking backstage, plus one commercial, and the first-half of Magnus vs. Kurt Angle.

Q6: Impact slipped to a 1.19 rating for the end of Angle vs. Magnus, one commercial, backstage segments, and Chris Sabin talking to Velvet Sky.

Q7: Impact fell to a show-low 1.11 rating for Sabin chewing out Sky, one commercial, and the first-half of Samoa Joe vs. Bobby Roode in the main event.

Q8: Impact rebounded slightly to a 1.15 rating for the end of Joe vs. Roode, one commercial, and an eight-minute MVP-Dixie "summit" to conclude the show.

Damn. The decline throughout the show sucks, but it fell to the same 1.11 they were begging and praying for last year and they started with a 1.4. Feels like the Russo era again ratingswise, wonder what's caused the big spark in viewership for this company?
