I don’t dislike AEW tbh I just don’t have the time to commit to watching it. I really only watch NXT these days. I just am not a fan of the WWE bashing and them pretending to be so different when they do a lot of the shit they gave WWE shit for.

See, this was my point. I didn't see anything that alluded to something this major happening, but I mean I would fuck with it. Impact would be crazy to pass that up. So much more buzz than Swann and then some better Impact superstar can get the rub beating Omega, maybe even on Dynamite, but that's also very idealistic.

I think a key factor to consider is that everything Kenny Omega does is a super fucking slow burn. He'll hint at some shit once and not follow up on it for three years. That's just how he operates. So no one should have expected him to just come in guns blazing on night one imo.

I think a key factor to consider is that everything Kenny Omega does is a super fucking slow burn. He'll hint at some shit once and not follow up on it for three years. That's just how he operates. So no one should have expected him to just come in guns blazing on night one imo.

If this is gonna help Impact at all, they needed it to be in your face obvious tonight because not all of the people who tuned in tonight will comeback in THREE YEARS to see the follow-up. But, yeah, I think he's used to how slow New Japan moves and honestly AEW let him slow cook this Cleaner return so AEW definitely likes to slow it up so like I said earlier very possible Dynamite will do a better job of furthering this angle in whichever way they plan to.
