Post Hard to Kill Impact thoughts. Can I say this before I get into hard, for the rack of injuries from talent, and with talent going left and right this was a good Impact to watch. With Impact's next PPV in April plenty of time to figure things out and give us another PPV in a couple of Months. The Opening Four Way Tag Team Match was a fun opener. At times is was hard to keep tabs on who was legal or not legal, but I thought surprisingly it all worked out. Even Reno Scum and Desi Hit Squad came to play in this one, now if only if they could consistently do that, people wouldn't mind them being on TV more.
After the Match we see Ace Austin negotiating Wife Swappers 2 putting himself over like only he can. Swann Segment with Mack was a heart breaker because that could be a mega feud between the two, and it will be put on hold for now. I think when Swann comes back, they win the Tag Titles and Impact is going to try to get us to forget what happened with Page getting in Mack's head, then a couple of Months of a reign and boom outta no where Mack turns on Swann! Elgin going to Noah I thought was a one shot deal, but it seems he might be going to Noah for a whole Tour and that could be Weeks or Months! Losing Elgin is the last thing Impact needs right now, but when he returns he'll be doing some big thing for sure. Who know maybe even chasing after that Impact World Title!
Now it's time to talk about about the RVD Celebration party that got Impact banned from Twitch till they edit out that Segment that went too fucking long. Now if I want to watch ladies with a fake asses and boobs I'll go to Sxyprn, and Fuq, but I'm more of a lover of Porn Stars who way...way better looking than Katie Forbes and her GF. Now to the Segment itself funny for sure, and clearly off the Wall. Impact knew this would cause problems, but they knew positives vs negatives, the positives won out for them. Don't get me wrong I dug it to a degree, who wouldn't want to bang a Women you love, and experience a Threesome. All this is great for RVD's new Character, but unless he brings harder in the Ring then nothing comes from it I feel.
You see this Segment, then we get a very educated Segment with Shamrock talking about his Match at Hard to Kill, and giving props to Fulton. I wonder if Impact would have Fulton go Face, maybe not right not since he's INJURED! Someone needs to examine Swinger dude playing Pinball with it not on. Gaby saying you know it's not on, then I look over and the Arcade of hers wasn't on either I think hehe. Swinger vs Ryan the people enjoyed it, but I was like let's move on, even though it did make me chuckle at Swinger not realizing by now what Ryan does. Does this mean the end of all this or does this mean Swinger thinks he passed the test to be apart of the Swinger Clique find out next Week!
The Taped X-Division Four Way was a good bout to watch. Even though you knew Ace won the Match because the Title's Color gives it away that this was before Hard to Kill, still a good representation of all four guys. Bahh continues to get better in the Ring as his weight comes down and his stamina improves, Eddie always gives us a good Show, Austin performs like the Champ he is, and Moose had his moments.
Tessa Celebration Segment, you gotta love seeing things like that. The first person who she hugged was Gail Kim. Gail considers her as family, almost like a Mother and Daughter relationship at this point and it was great to see. Happy moments for Tessa, happy to see what she's done, then oVe and Callihan ruins the party like I knew he would. Hacking Feeds who knew oVe were so smart, and it seems Sami is not over with Tessa. I expect some kind of Three Way or Four Way at Rebellion, they'll stack the deck for sure on Tessa's first Title Defense that is my feel.
