I've stumbled across a few spoilers and forget what's happening and what's going to, but I know that Aries and Roode will be on TV in the next few Impacts.

There was some good stuff on the episode, and some usual not that great stuff like the swerve in the end there. And seeing Kaz by himself was a sad, sad moment :((

The ending really sucked, a copy from WWE's idea. The rest of the show I gotta say wasn't that bad, this Bram dude looks cool, the new circus faction seems nice, but it sucks the freak is a repackaged Rob Terry. An evening gown match brings back memories, and you can obviously tell by the crowds reaction velvet had a bra on though, and i was kinda expecting one of the chics to be wearing a thong, idk the episode wasn't all bad.

Are Aries or Roode in any strong angles? Hell, are they even on TV?

Really not interested in most of these jabronis. EC3 and EY are cool, but not good enough to draw me in and watch the show weekly. TNA is just so "meh" nowadays.

They did a really, really nice job setting up Roode vs Eric Young, spent 10 minutes with a pretty passionate, real, history-ridden speech between the two... just for MVP to say the match isn't happening a minute later before kicking Roode off the premises. Yay.

Turning MVP heel was the right call. So far he's pissed off a bunch of "heels"... and when the heels are Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, Samoa Joe, and Kenny King? Sorry bro, if you're expecting any kind of babyface reaction from that garbage you've got another thing coming. In kayfabe you're the worst GM you can possibly be. Maybe those four can return as faces to overthrow MVP because if there's four more liked or likable guys on the roster in 2014, I don't know who they are.

Whoever's idea it is to keep Aries off TV needs to be fired. It's probably Christy Hemme.

Honestly, I'm lower on Impact right now than ever before. I want to defend this product, you guys know that, but outside of Rockstar Spud I can't name a single thing I'm interested in. This Magnus/Bram thing is kinda intriguing but that's not a draw lol. But to shut up Testify, yeah, I realize that my opinions vary from week to week. But right now? I'll pass.

Also a +1 for Leo. Boy did I mark to hear the BI theme again though.

What idea did they copy from? Was it the finish of Summerslam 2013? Thought this came across so much differently than that, even though the guys have literally the exact same roles (the guy they think is Daniel Bryan getting cheapshotted by the #2 in charge). Triple H did it because he didn't want a little dude having the belt and thought he couldn't draw, MVP just came across as a selfish prick.

Also... how dare you, Ken Anderson. It's Mother's Day and poor Christy can't celebrate with her son. :upset:

I particularly am not even saying the MVP deal is a copy of the authority, but do we really need another heel authority storyline in TNA? Didn't we just have Dixie?

Let me guess, the WWE marks are ONCE again accusin TNA of copying something WWE "invented"? Another day at the office in the wrestling business, I see. Damn, didn't know WWE invented and made everything on planet famous and totally didn't rip off SOMETHING from someone else (TNA included, but you'll never see that posted online).

I agree, stop the aut figures thing, it's overdone for yrs now, but what can we do. It's been like this for so many yrs now, don't know why there's SUCH a buzz over it at this point. Heel figures are a must have for TNA or WWE.

In "Throwing this in a random thread since it's not worth a thread on it's own" news:

MVP has kayfabe suspended Bobby Roode indefinitely for his actions.

This probably means Roode is returning as a face... and hopefully EY vs MVP vs Roode at Slammiversary!

Wha'd I do? :adr:

But hey CF, that's a good idea! Would definitely be a bigger draw, because just EY vs MVP? Nobody wants that!

I was thinking we could Wacokid27 this angle and turn Joe's real-life personal issues into a work because that MVP's favoritism ran him off.

Lets face it, after the way Magnus was booked so weakly that Eric Young could win the title, the title has never had less standards. So I'd actually have MVP win the belt at Slammiversary (not clean, of course) and claim how he made sure Eric Young got the belt because he wanted an easy way to get the belt for himself, so he went out of his way to give himself a brain-damaged opponent.

Samoa Joe's theme plays and he starts bitching about the way he was screwed out of his title shots thanks to MVP making a bunch of stupid ass rules like handcuffing himself to Abyss at ringside and turning his rematch into a Fatal 4 way, and how he's gonna kick his ass. And if he doesn't give him a fair title shot, he's gonna kick his ass again, then go back in his office and kick his ass again. He delivers on this promise and brawls with MVP like 5 times in one show, eventually MVP gets pissed off and books the match, and Joe kicks his ass again and goes into BFG as TNA champion.

I don't know how I feel about MVP winning the belt by cheating at Slammiversary. I'd much rather him win if EY and Roode are fighting, then suddenly he sneaks up on one of them while the other is down and gets a quick win. I was thinking he would keep the belt until Destination X, when Aries could pop up and win the belt, and set up Aries vs Roode another time. Meanwhile, Samoa Joe returns and wants to get MVP out of the company so they feud and stuff, and MVP screws Joe out of the BFG series, so Joe screws MVP out of his Director of Wrestling Operations job.
