IMO, its too soon for Punk to cash in.

So let me get this straight instead of using the briefcase on a young guys who could be propelled to the top with it...You want to give it to a man who already has a full fledged career behind him...and probably going to retire not so far in the future...That's just plane dumb...No other way to put it...

^ Yeah... WWE is about entertainment and Shawn Michaels is ENTERTAINING so who cares about the "young" wrestlers? They should just send them to ECW and make them win the title and gain some popularity not like CM Punk who jobbed to Big Daddy V. Im saying Cm Punk isnt ready yet.

Yea...Shawn Micheals is entertaining...but the money in the bank was still brought about as a way to help propell the younger guys to the top...and the point is Micheals could jump to the top at anytime with one fued...Unlike CM Punk or many other guys that have held it...Like Edge...

OK, I'm a huge Shawn Michaels fan, but giving him MITB? That's stupid. HBK already is a surefire hall of famer, and giving him MITB would defeat the entire concept. It is in many ways the new KOTr, it's used to propel young, mid-card talent (Edge, CM Punk, Kennedy) into the Main Event.

Yes. Punk is nowhere near ready to cash in. If he did, his reign would be a short one, I can't see more than 2 months.

- I also think that WWE is fucking up his push... It seems that they are just having him in random matches, until they decide to let him cash in. IMO, they need to have him do what kennedy has been doing, and win big matches, and some midcard feuds on SD or Raw, gaining even more fanfare. Would you agree that they arent pushing him like a future main eventer right now?
Totally agree. He has beaten EVERYBODY on ECW, and I mean everybody., Move him to Raw, feud with JBL, KEnnedy, Jeff, Umaga, those types of guys and slowly build him up to cash in around Survivor Series or Armageddon

The potential is there, they just need to utilise it
