They haven't been booked in any match yet. Surely they have to include these two in the PPV. I know they have stopped feuding, but AJ needs a match!

Well, if they were in some type of match it would have been announced right now, so I think AJ is just siding with Cage for his title match, he is not in a match

Pretty much Cage vs Angle at against all odds will end up in a huge brawl when the ref goes down. Steiner, Styles, Tomko, Cage against Joe, Angle, then probably like Chris Daniels and Rhino will run down to help Joe and Angle. Leading to somehow Cage retaining. Unless they want Angle to break two undefeated streaks.
