I said I boxed and I've done MMA... hitting a gym, training, working out, part of a regimen, staying in shape, cardio, self-defense classes... that's not me saying "I've been in a ton of MMA fights on the amateur and semi-pro ranks and almost got hot-shotted to facing Lesnar before he got sick" lmfao... not net cred or anything of the sort... wasn't even braggadocios or anything of the sort. When you're in a sport where you constantly strike, you learn how to deliver said strikes in order to protect THE GUY IN THE RING WITH YOU.
