The BIG 4 Belt

Whoever holds this has the opportunity to trade the belt in for a Main Event Match slot at any Big 4 PPV(WrestleMania, Summer Slam, Survivor Series) near his way.

They also get to choose who they face in The Main Event. It can also be for a title

They don't have to trade it in whenever a BIG 4 PPV comes their way.

They trade it in at the right place and at the right time

That would give some more prestige to the BIG 4.

I always loved Option C, so I love a rule for the IC/US titles where if you defend them at least once a month for 4 straight months, you can trade it in for a title shot at the uni/WWE champ.

Although I'm thinking of it as a singles "mid-card" title for the ladies...
and I personally think it would look extremely good around Sasha's waist.
