I think you mean Roster depth right? And yes that is an issue that needs to be handled. Personally I don't think you need to release that many as much as you need to establish divisions which are clear cut.

Lmao thought i spelt it wrong

I wouldn't mind a three hour Raw if the product was better. I could go ahead and blame the writers, but instead I'm going to change it so that Raw has a TV-MA rating. Now a that would be something worth watching for three hours, since there would be very little limitation as to what could go on, so amazing.

What's wrong with the roster? WWE has all the talent in the world, they just don't know how to use the guys properly.

If they can't pander to children they'd lose a shit ton of money. There are so many dads that watch with their sons, take them to shows, and buy them merch. Many would stop if the shows went to TV MA. It'd be good for us, but bad for business.

Having bra & Panties matches with thongs would be bad for business? WWE would lose fans but they'd also gain.

Look at all the top earners in almost every genre. They cater mostly to kids/Tweens. Bieber, High school musical, Disney movies, etc. parents will spend a lot more money to keep their kids happy then to keep themselves happy.

Here's a great example of how kids influence their parents' spending habits.

And yet their most successful era was the one where they catered to teenagers and adults. Catering to kids actually hurt them in the mid 90's. They'll go back to TV-MA eventually, but not for probably at least 3-5 years.

They also weren't a publically traded company during the AE. They have stock holders to appease.

They became one late 1999. And they still remained TV-MA for nearly ten more years. They also don't have to cross the line and do a lot of the stupid stuff they did during the AE, just pointing out that pondering to kids isn't the ultimate answer to things.

Same could be said for things like MTV, adult swim. Things that appease to kids are popular but so are things that appease to adults.
