It would be interesting to see Messi play in a British club but not sure if I'd want that....

Chelsea are nailed for him imo. City are apparently "done" with big spending and are concentrating on developing youth.

Still think Madrid might snap him though. Neymar is almost certainly going to Barca, another reign of dominance for them is inevitable.

Our developed youth consists of paying between 750,000 to £2,000,000 buying young players from other teams Youth academy.

Our Youth EDS team is full of foreigners, I wish we would develop our own players rather than buying pre-made players for a couple of million.

Lmao ^^

So true. You will in a few years I guess. Chelsea are starting to do it now pretty well and they started to get big the way City did, but it's took them like 7 years to finally develop. United and Arsenal are leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. Our reserves I think have won the title countless times in a row and are currently leading undefeated. Liverpool aren't doing bad either actually.

I mean years ago our Academy was awesome, and produced some decent talent Shaun Wright-Phillips, Joey Barton, Nedum Onouha, Stephen Ireland, Micah Richards, Michael Johnson, Daniel Sturridge, Kasper Schmeichel. Good quality players, now we're just god awful.

For ME personally? James McPake. Sorry but the guy is good enough, such a shame for him that he's stuck at us because he deserves to be somewhere so much better.

Hey its true, Barton is a good player which would walk into most premier league teams if he had a decent attitude.
