So, I just thinking about a few wrestlers who are no longer actively wrestling for WWE and I thought who would I want to bring back and add to the current WWE roster (So they could be currently now actors, retired, or in another promotion) You can bring back 2 men & 1 woman aswell to bring into this current women's revolution. Who would you choose ??????

So the rules are:
1). They had to at one time been employed by the WWE...
&
2). They have to be able to still actually wrestle right?

Does it have to be 2 men & 1 woman?

Can I just pick 3 women?

Can I have a glass of water?

This is a hard one actually.

Hmmm I know this will be a controversial pick, but CM Punk would be one. Yeah, I know he got his ass kicked in UFC. Yeah, I know he's a whiny baby in real life. But I still think he's one of the best wrestlers of the past decade easily. He doesn't do ANYTHING in his life as good as he wrestles. I would welcome him back.

Maybe John Morrison. I really like him in Lucha Underground and I don't think that the WWE ever really used him to his potential. Would love to see him get another run. However, I REALLY like him in LU so I am not sure I would want him to leave.

Woman is easy. Awesome Kong/Kharma. Yeah, I know her best days are behind her. However, I knew her personally for a while and I knew how much wrestling for WWE meant to her and she really didn't get to do that. She can still put on a decent match and based solely on her size alone could make some interesting matchups... she could also put some people over. But mainly, I'd like her to have another shot before it is way too late.

Okay...I'm going to play by my rules:

#1: Gail Kim (Brand: RAW)
IMG_5427.jpg

While I understand that Gail isn't a young woman anymore...she has the most
important thing the current RAW women's division lacks...and that is experience.
Having Gail around would be great for the likes of Dana Brooke & Nia Jax and
she could no doubt put on some great matches with Charlotte, Bayley and most
of all...Sasha Banks.

#2: A.J Lee (Brand: SmackDown)
aj-lee-wrestlemania-xxx_2.jpg

I honestly know very little about A.J Lee...apart from the fact she is married to
that CM Punk guy...but from those I've spoken to...she is apparently one of a
kind with excellent in-ring ability and sensational mic skills. I'd draft her to the
blue brand and rekindle her feud with the "Record Breaking" Nikki Bella.

#3: Beth Phoenix (Brand: SmackDown)
raw_957_photo_042.jpg

Now again...not the youngest lady...but dammit...I missed her first run and I
want to see the Glamazon in action...and those old matches on youtube just
ain't cutting it. I think it would be great to see her once again team up with
Natalya and beat down any and all who get in their way.

Also...if your wondering...I'd draft Asuka to RAW to balance it out.

And I guess if I had to pick some male performers...I'll give you three...
#1: Bobby Lashley (RAW)
#2: Ryback (SmackDown)
#3: (Broken) Matt Hardy (RAW)

Done! Can I have that glass of water now?

I ALMOST thought you were replying to the most overrated thread and I saw Gail Kim and I was going to take you out behind the wood shed. Luckily I caught on :)

CM Punk for the sake of the fact he was a massive star, can talk the talk and back it up. While he can be an ass, him returning would be huge.

Brand: Raw

John Morrison. Great high-flier, underutilized, can be a good upper mid card to main event guy if used right, also slow motion entrances.

Brand: Smackdown

Drew Galloway/McIntyre

Has proved his damn worth as a babyface or heel, can easily work into an anti-authority character because he was once 'The Chosen One' and his WWE theme was epic as well as his indies theme.

1- Wade Barrett
2- Gail Kim
3- Ryback

Most will agree with the first, some may disagree with the second, and most will likely call my an idiot for the third. :dawg:

And yes, I do agree about CM Punk coming back as mentioned above BUUUUUT he was such a baby and a dick to people, specially fans. At the very least, I think people who get in the industry should know better than to act a certain way to someone who actually looks up to them. YES fans do cross the line sometimes, but they know what they are getting into with this kind of industry. Specially when Vince markets them as being "larger than life"... You can't expect to go to a store and not have at least one person come up to you and ask for a picture, an autograph, or just a brief conversation.

Point aside... I think Wade was great and they used him wrong. He was a heel that can EASILY get heat and was amazing on the mic. They missed out with him. Gail Kim is a given, she is easily in the top 5 for women when it comes to in ring skill, much of which we didn't even get to see in the WWE because "women are too fragile". Pfffff.... And Ryback, well... The dude was hilarious! He was not the best wrestler and had a lot of ehh.. "questionable" matches or spots in matches but he did entertain people when they let him have more freedom. With a bit of work, he could have been a great manager in a few more years. I know most people here didn't like him or felt indifferent of him but I actually enjoyed the dude.

This is crazy........I haven't even had time to reply to my own thread......Well here we go.......

images

Raw: Cm Punk: This would be huge....Idc how people feel since he lost to Mickey Gall.....CM Punk is an awesome wrestler.... Promo skills thru the roof as well.....There isn't much that he can't do in the WWE Universe.....Imagine the WWE universe's reaction if CM Punk comes out at #30 in the RR (I know I would mark tf out!) + If he comes back then maybe just maybe Aj Lee will come back with him. (Talking about a PIPE BOMB)

images

Raw: The Rock: As most should know I loved the attitude-era and feel like that was the best time in the world to be a wrestling fan. One of the reasons why is that man right there Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson........... Rocky Rocky Rocky!.......Anyway I digress The Rock coming back would only do great things! No matter how long he's back....heel or face...........Raw or SDLive....... Ratings would be thru the roof.....people who have stopped watching wrestling will tune in just to see "The Rock!!!!!"..................(Long Pause)...............Come back (shorter pause) HOME!...........I think it would make the rest of the roster step up and I still feel like Rock is on a higher level then our current crop of WWE superstars.

images

SDLive: Kurt Angle: I love Kurt Angle!......It's really funny because when Kurt Angle debuted in the WWE I hated him......Talking like John Cena....Roman Reigns hate......But Kurt grew on me....his matches were legendary.....his promos were more entertaining each time ....he just has undeniable talent
Kurt Angle on SDLive would be huge for The Blue Brand .....Just imagine Kurt Angle vs Aj Styles=$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Honorable mention:
SDLive: Jeff Hardy

My beautiful and talented women would be:
RAW: Aj Lee
SDLive: Gail Kim
Raw: Trish Stratus

Honorable mention:
SDLive: Maryse

Oh My God...Someone who sees CM Punk for what he truly was/is...
Seriously...can you imagine how bad he would be to deal with if he
did come back to the WWE...Even if he did return it wouldn't be long
before he'd start bitching and moaning and he'd need his diaper
changed.

I hope Punk never sets foot in a WWE ring again...and I hope stupid
assholes will stop chanting his name. Go watch him get choked out
in UFC.

Now his lovely skipping wife on the other hand...the women's division
and WWE would be so much better with her back...100%

Here's that glass of water buddy...Sorry it took a week

Ahhh...refreshing...Thanks buddy...

SDLive: Maryse
But Maryse is on SmackDown? Wait...you mean for her to start wrestling again?
Raw: Trish Stratus
Wow...that would be huge...Trish vs. Sasha...now that's a dream match...

3. Gail Kim (SDLive)
Wow...clearly Gail has plenty of fans around here...which shouldn't really be shocking...
because she's amazing.
