Btw... I dunno if you'd considered this yet, Sky, but what about some bad things people "win"? Those "If you lose the Match, then X" Matches?

I started one of those earlier with Col. Robert Parker losing to Flyin' Brian in a "Loser has to wear a Chicken Suit" Match, which immediately ended because Parker's next win was against a Jobber, who only had one Match... :lol
I briefly considered one of those but ran into the same problem you had, it always ends up with a guy with no matches

Plus you get situations with multi-mans that aren't filmed so you don't know who ate the pin so who's the loser

Some of these projects only count one v one matches. I like your way better but it's interesting to see how it shakes out the other way. Probably not as big of an e crown but more retired guys keeping things

Here's a fun one, idk the exact date but in 1996 Sable won the first WWF Karate Fighter's tournament. She "technically" won it in a match with robots, but she's still the winner of the tournament. How does the history go from there?

I actually thought about this one as well couple of days ago. The final was on the December 16th RAW of 1996.

Fairly sure Sable won it, eventually lost to Marc Mero, and it bounced around to Edge into the E-Crown, but I could be wrong.

You'd think... but surprisingly no (or at least not in that way). Sable's first loss (in April of 98) comes at the hands of Luna, who loses it to Jacqueline. Jacqueline then loses it back to Sable, circumventing her loss against Mero. It goes then to Debra when Shawn Michaels declares her the winner in that one Evening Gown Match.

I also have a lineage from grounds i don't think have been covered yet. Dragon Gate held their first Battle of Tokyo tournament in 2009, with KAGETORA as the winner. So, who is current victor of the Battle of Tokyo?

and one more, in 2007 the NWA held a Reclaiming the Glory tournament to decide the first NWA Champion following the split from TNA, won by Adam Pearce. Who currently is Reclaiming their Glory?

[and then we issue another CORRECTION! Previously I had Rhino dropping his crown to Raven on 2001-03-04 at a house show. But Cagematch is being improved all the time, and it's added a certain dark match on Sunday Night Heat, where Rhino took a surprising clean loss to Scott Vick of all the people. Sad to say, this robs the mysterious RIPPER of 2 of the achievements in his 7-match crown... or does it? Where does it go now?]
