What would happen if The Voice of the Voiceless was drafted to SmackDown the WWE Champion? I know he's been in Smack Down 2-3 years ago, but what if he was drafted there WWE Champion? What I think would happen, is John Cena would come back to SmackDown ,take the title, and bring it back to Raw.

Firstly, if you guys don't like threads like this then DON'T READ THEM. These threads are completely fine so hush up.

Now, more on-topic. Punk wouldn't be drafted to SmackDown because he's RAW's biggest draw behind Cena, and RAW shows are the ones that bring in the money. However, if John Cena is fine, then Punk would work SmackDown shows as he has done in the past to sell arenas. There is no draft at the moment though, so the brand-split is pointless and irrelevant, but if you're talking kayfabe then I guess he would challenge for the WHC.

First off, I have no idea what you're asking tbh. So I'll make something up.

Lets take this as "If the brands were as they were when the brand split was still around". They'd put the WWE Title on SD, therefore they would put Sheamus and the WHC on Raw.

The Smackdown heel pecking order would be as follows:
Punk, Henry when he returns, Show, ADR, Barrett, Rhodes, Sandow.

The face lineup:
Orton, Bryan, Christian, Brodus, Sin Cara, Dibiase, Gabriel.

As a Rhodes mark, this would be the last thing you want. At least the heel-heavy show would elevate that awful face lineup.
