So since the mixed tag match with Seth & Becky vs. Baron & Lacey is "winner take all" what happens if Brock cashes in? Does he get the Universal Title and the Raws Women's Title? Can he pin Becky to win Seth's title? Could we see hin hand the title over to his wife, Sable? Many questions I have that need answers...

No the mitb is only for a mens world championship. If you cashin for a singles match during a tag match then the singles match will happen within the tag match.
