Wow. Ok, so, I know about 2 weeks ago (I think) I saw Kennedy "return", and I made a thread on how he should keep doing that. Keep coming out in random appearances every week or so, on sd or Raw, and just do random promos. I got the idea from when Austin was injured, and though "what if it works for kennedy? He could get over, and even get a push, while being injured" without wrestling of course.
Well, some agreed, some didn't, but whatever.
The point is, I was sorely wrong there. He needs to stop. Now. Fast. Quick.
I am now hating the idea of his random "appearances". I'm starting to think it would've been better to leave him at home and when he did return, hopefully he would be fresher, and come up with a few more.. You know.. Promos (not the same old shit).
Instead, his promos are getting no reaction, he looks like an idiot, and really, it's sort of ruining whatever they have/had planned for him, because wwe is going to realise he can't get over with just two words.

So anyways, now that it's been happening for 3 weeks or whatever, and he's made random appearances on both Raw and SD with soem stale promos, do yo ulike the idea of him showing up and sometimes being a backstage interviewer, soemtimes saying "Kennedy. Kennedy", and sometimes just walking in the background, or have you, like me, realised he should be at home right now until his injury is up?

Living about 45 minutes away from his house, and wanting him to suceed majorly in the company, I really think these promos could be the beginning of jobber kennedy, which is sad :(

Not over? He got a big pop when that microphone came down last night.

Anyway, he should probably just stay at home until he returns. Unless they actually build a storyline around when he shows up a la Orton. But yeah I hope creative gives him something better to work with than Kennedy...Kennedy soon. It's pretty ridiculous when people say he has no promo skills. But if you haven't seen him in OVW and just WWE, I can't blame them though. Creative really needs to get this guy going and not stick him in doomed campy fan "president" segments followed by a backstage interview with Trips where he gets made fun of. >_>

Last nights pop was ok. Other weeks though, there was nothing. Plus, last nights was hardly a big pop anwyays. It was on the level of like, Evan Bourne.

Everyone knows he has mic skills, but they ar eway overblown. In fact, they were better when he got here. But they are limited to the same types of promos and lines, that it makes it seem so generic, and like he lacks mic skills.

Anyways, I'm not saying it's his fault that he's in the horribly awful promos every week now, but whoeever decided to make him do it needs to stop, because like I said, it's really making him stale, and not helping him get over at all.
And to think, I thought it was a good idea before:1:

I think I put it best on the last thread made about this:

Kennedy back on OWV and SD had great mic skills. He was cutting great heel promos. Now, when he went to Raw and got injured, his promos became just a huge prelude for him dropping his catchphrase.

^Ya, I agree. And like I said, it's bad enough that his promos are stale, but whats worse is the fact that he has to come out every week and do them, when he should be at home. Basically, they are milking every last bit of his promos skills now, while he is injured, when he should be at home (since he's not doing anything meaningful now anyways), and at least save whatever he has left in the promo tank for when he is actually healthy.
There's no point in him being on any show right now when he is injured.

I remember when Kennedy was injured at some other point and they almost used him as a backstage announcer. He had some pretty good segments doing that. I suppose that wouldn't do much for his momentum upon returning. I'm pretty much against guys lingering around while they're injured. It really takes away from their actual in ring return...unless of course they can do something to further interest on them returning to the ring...as they did with Orton.

Kennedy hsn't returned to the ring. They should probably put him back a heel for a while, then decide to make him face. However I'd rather see him a good heel and in big fueds like in late 06.
