As noted a few months ago, TNA was looking to send one-half of the TNA Tag Team Champions Hernandez down to the AAA promotion in Mexico to help him get over with the Mexican fans. Talks between TNA and AAA regarding Hernandez have picked up as of late and there's talk that he may be sent to the country for an extended stay. TNA officials feel that a stay in Mexico will do Hernandez some good in getting over with the idea that he will be a bigger Hispanic star when he returns.

So TNA wants to lose Hernandez so that he gets over...in Mexico. Don't get it.

He speaks spanish in his promos, he has the Mexican flag colors in his trunks and he brings his A game in every match.

How does Rey Mysterio do it?

By being the same size and having the same pitch voice as the 8 year olds that love him.

Oh that and he's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> than Hernandez.

Because of experience. Hernandez is still young, he has plenty of time to become a huge star

Hernandez is OLDER than Rey =/. He's actually not that young which is the most sad part about this, imo.

by one year. I mean in terms of actual wrestling experience

Yeah, I got what you meant, but damn, doesn't Hernandez turn 37? I mean how would he ever achieve success in say, WWE at that age? Batista was lucky as fuck, he was already there for many years and then got put into Evolution at that age. Hernandez is so ridiculously talented, it's sad to not see anything done with him.

Hernandez proved himself to be incapable once he was split from Homicide. He's a good hot tag, and he's good at throwing around smaller guys, but beyond that he's rather bland. Perhaps this move would be good for both him and TNA; he could use some experience in an environment that is unknown to him.

TNA is big in AMERICA. He should get over with the AMERICAN fans before being deported to AAA in mexico.

Hernandez is awesome. He's better than Morgan and Abyss and has more charisma, which isn't saying much, but should definitely be ahead of them in the line. He just needs a mouthpiece.

I don't know about that. LAX hit a slump when Konan left TNA, neither can really talk well. Have you ever heard Homicide cut a promo? Holy shit, that's Iron Sheik type comedic gold right there. But I disagree with saying he's not as good without Cide, because he's done better and had some decent-good matches in the singles ranks that have been anything besides "tossing little guys around". That Daniels match from Impact was fun and he certainly wasn't tossing Daniels around. There is a limited number of big dudes in TNA right now, and aside from Tomko. Hernandez is the best, better than Morgan and boring, bland Abyss.

He honestly gets a lot of "strong big man" pops when he's throwing around smaller guys...as well as a few girly shrieks when removing the shirt. He's pretty quick for a big man. I prefer him to Morgan by a wide margin (who I really can't stand).
Send him to develop for a little bit really isn't that big of a blow to the product TBH.
