First off, text. No. It needs to blend well, bad font and bad color choice.
Border is needed.
Is that a pre-made background? If so, you need to state that.
I kind of like the lighting of the left arm but you can see where you stopped, if you blended that better and put it in more places it would be very good lighting.
Use those points and I may come up with some more if I cbf.

I'm not one of those people who give out sympathy votes because you're new to gfx, you won't learn that way if I give you 7/10 because you're confidence will be high and you'll think what you're doingis right, when it's not.
