Actually its not something I can turn off for admins. Its written in the code that we're all exempt. Also, how do you think I know it will be abusive? Colin White went from positive to negative after 24 neg reps in a row.

Do you really consider it abusing if the person seriously has it coming? I mean I can see neg repping someone once for their opinion, but if it continues over the course of weeks, then I don't see what the problem is, imo
