Apparently, that's the "movie snob" rating. A lot of movies should be nowhere near that list BTW.

I quite enjoyed Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band so I don't consider that to be a bad movie.

You can most definitely enjoy a bad movie though. Haven't seen that one though.

Hangover 2 was a bad movie but I still enjoyed that.
