If this happens holy fuck Rollins had better turn face at some point, and sooner rather than later. His heel schtick is trash and nobody wants to boo him. Fuck generic chicken heel runs at the top of the card. That is a cool way to get Heath Slater over with the IC title, but I don't want to see it closing PPVs.

Nobody wants to boo him? I know he gets some cheers, but for the most part he's still one of the few legitimate heels in the company in terms of actually being able to get heat from the majority of the audience. I do see Seth Rollins excelling as a natural babyface in the long run, but for the moment there's more benefit to get out of his current heel run.

And while they really should start booking him to win more matches on his own without anyone's help, there's nothing wrong with him playing dirty or behaving like a coward every now and then imo. I think he plays the "cocky and overconfident heel who starts to beg his opponent for mercy when things get tough" (ala Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Hollywood Hogan, etc.) to perfection. His whole segment with Brock Lesnar on Raw was a fine example of it.

That's the thing with Rollins I would love to see him retain till next 'Mania but I just don't see it happening. Brock is most likely to take it a Summerslam. I just don't see anyother way. Unless they keep the Rollins and Brock rivalry running for a year and the ultimatly meet at 'Mania, where seth wins the title back.

I'm almost expecting them to drag this thing out until Survivor Series, but they can't keep it entertaining for that long. Maybe they can if they watch enough Bobby Roode video and say "lets do that!". They can, seeing as he has pre-made feuds with Orton, Ambrose, Reigns, Lesnar, Cena, and it's easy for them to turn some guys too...

D'Z hit the nail on the head though. This chickenshit stuff won't fly for long and nobody wants to boo the guy. If he holds the strap for a year but turns face around Summerslam that'll be great, otherwise just get this over with

I can see him dropping the title at Summerslam to Lesnar. I think Summerslam is the PPV when Lesnar will make his return and continue the feud with Rollins. Or he could drop the title and win it again before Lesnar returns. Although, this feud could also be without the title on the line. We'll see.

I hope dude doesn't drop the title at Extreme Rules. They've built him pretty damn good especially when you look at Reigns and Ambrose (jesus christ)

Nah, they're not gonna have him drop the title to Orton at Extreme Rules. Rollins is winning that one, it's pretty predictable if you think of it.

I, like pretty much everyone else here, expect to see Rollins have a title reign till at least SummerSlam.

Drop it to Reigns in a Triple Threat with Lesnar. Continue the feud until Royal Rumble or Survivor Series. That's the way I see it, anyways.

I'd really like to see them give the new "longest modern title run" to Rollins to beat out Punk's record, but with Lesnar re-signing and all I'm assuming he'll get it back before this new contract runs out. And with him being "suspended" currently, SummerSlam really does look like when it will happen.

I would just like to add - so far Rollins is the only guy who has any sort of "defense" for a trip to suplex city (i.e. flipping and landing on his feet). Even though Rollins is an ant compared to the beast that is Lesnar - that tidbit is going to make their match that much more fun to watch. Lesnar has destroyed Reigns AND Cena with those suplexes. But what happens when Lesnars "main weapon" is highly ineffectual because it keeps getting countered? Not saying Rollins will counter EVERY suplex - but he has the capacity to counter them obviously.

I can understand from WWE's perspective if they wanted to give him the longest title run of the modern era to knock off the quitter CM Punk. And if he did pick up the win against Brock Lesnar at Summerslam it would catapult seth's career even further (if possible)

434 days is a long title reign, for Rollins to beat Punk's record, he'd have to turn face some time down the road. Going over Brock at SummerSlam would do wonders for Seth's career, obviously, but we'll see.

He'll keep it until SummerSlam where he'll lose it to Lesnar.

Hey I didn't know Orton was facing Rollins at the time.

You hope.

Explain to me your logic behind Rollins losing the title on his first defense after cashing in MITB in the MAIN EVENT of WRESTLEMANIA. That would be the ultimate fuckup.

I see him dropping the strap to Reigns at Summerslam after running through Ambrose and Orton. I would like for it to be a triple threat match with Lesnar involved.
