How do you change the faceplate on the 360?

How do you change the faceplate on the 360? Does the white stock one come off and you replace it or does the new one simply cover it? I dont want to mess it up so please help..

There should be a little clip on like the right side you gotta push in...Then pull the faceplate off and throw the new one on...

I never saw a clip when I took mine off. I just pulled starting with like the little lip on the right side between the faceplate and system and then it came off. It's as simple as that
