I think I've landed on a permanent avatar here, so this thread came at a good time. For starters, since this is a wrestling forum, I don't like my avatar to be anything related to wrestling. I know it's not always the case, but the expectation on a wrestling forum is that those involved like wrestling, so using my avatar to display my interest in wrestling feels redundant, so I've only really had a wrestling avatar when there was no other medium I was currently vested in. Secondly, The 1975 are my favorite band, and this picture is of Matty Healy. In fact, it's a picture from the music video "UGH!", which on it's worst day is my second favourite The 1975 song. Thirdly, the avatar ere features what appears to be Matty's finger around the underside of his chin, which kinda creates a "thinking" vibe to it, like Philosoraptor's pose. A lot of my posts are overly long and detailed, so I often try to capture something to that affect in my avatars, which I think this one does well. Fourthly, I like how it connects to my signature, which I've never changed. Both of them feature silhouetted characters with blue pictures, and they split in the fact that Matty's looking left while Spike's looking right, kinda like back to back bad-asses. Granted, there's more colours in the avatar's background and only half of Spike is silhouetted but still, I think the two are close enough of a cohesive set. I put too much thought into this.
