The sequel to one of the most acclaimed and respected fan films ever made, Never Hike Alone 2 was unleashed this past Friday the 13th weekend by Womp Stomp Films.

The hotly anticipated sequel essentially serves as an unofficial sequel to Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives, featuring the return of Thom Mathews as franchise hero Tommy Jarvis.

Set as a direct sequel to Never Hike Alone (2017) and Never Hike in the Snow (2020), Never Hike Alone 2 picks up with Crystal Lake’s haunted son, TOMMY JARVIS (Thom Mathews), who has all but given up on his search for the long lost JASON VOORHEES (Vincente DiSanti).

However, when Tommy receives an emergency call to pick up injured hiker KYLE MCLEOD (Andrew Leighty), he will once again come face-to-face with the ghost of Crystal Lake, setting into motion a blood-soaked conclusion to their deadly rivalry.

Caught between the chaos is DR. DIANA HILL (Anna Campbell), still searching for answers to her son’s disappearance, and the ever stubborn SHERIFF RICK COLOGNE (Vinny Guastaferro), convinced Tommy is responsible for it all.

Never Hike Alone 2 is written and directed by Vincente DiSanti, and it’s a not-for-profit, fan-funded fan film project that is in no way affiliated with the actual Friday the 13th franchise.

That time of year where I get back in to The Simpsons. Last year's episode was great, especially the Death Note theme.

I'm liking the sound of a Silence of the Lambs parody. Should be pretty fun.

“The Simpsons” is getting set to unleash Treehouse of Horror XXXIV, and this year’s annual Halloween special – like many in the past – won’t air until AFTER Halloween.

Treehouse of Horror XXXIV premieres on November 5, 2023.

While you wait for a trailer, check out the brand new image gallery below!

In Treehouse of Horror XXXIV, “Bart is turned into an NFT and Marge must fight through the Blockchain to rescue him; Lisa turns to a murderer from her past; an outbreak transforms Springfielders into a plague of lazy, beer-loving oafs.”

The second segment of this year’s Halloween special, where “Lisa turns to a murderer from her past,” is said to be a spoof of the 1991 horror movie The Silence of the Lambs.

I can't recommend enough Sweet Home as a Show pretty shocked to see it get a Season 2. The budget looks way higher and the Action went up two notches for sure.

Watched this a few times since it came out and it's definitely up there with my favourite horror movies in recent years. Ethan Hawke was incredible.

Great to see all of the main cast coming back for the sequel.

It was announced earlier this year that Scott Derrickson’s The Black Phone is getting a sequel, and Deadline reports today that Ethan Hawke will be back as The Grabber.

Actors Mason Thames (How to Train Your Dragon, Incoming), Madeleine McGraw (Toy Story 4, Secrets of Sulphur Springs), Jeremy Davies (Justified) and Miguel Mora (The Black Phone) are also set to return for The Black Phone 2, Deadline reports.

Universal and Blumhouse will release The Black Phone 2 in theaters on June 27, 2025, and Deadline also confirms that Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill will be writing and producing the upcoming sequel. The first movie was based on Joe Hill’s short story.

No word on whether or not Derrickson will again be directing. Stay tuned.

In the first film, Finney (Thames), a shy but clever 13-year-old boy, is abducted by a sadistic killer (Hawke) and trapped in a soundproof basement where screaming is of little use.

When a disconnected phone on the wall begins to ring, Finney discovers that he can hear the voices of the killer’s previous victims. And they are dead set on making sure that what happened to them doesn’t happen to Finney. The film was produced by Derrickson & Cargill’s Crooked Highway and presented by Universal and Blumhouse.

So no Melissa no Jenna and now the Director is goneso not a good thing to have with me thinking Scream 7 is going to be on the Shelf for quite awhile. I still need to watch Orphan 2 which I believe is a Prequel to the first Film right?
