12. Y= 8x - 3. Y intercept is 3 and slope is 8 over 1.

13. Y=1. A horizontal line at y=1 so no slope.

On these problems the easiest way to do them is get y by itself and In the form of y=mx + b. m is always your slope and b is always your y-intercept.

Ps. Didn't read through the whole thread to see if anybody else answered.

Dude anyone can do these problems I don't get what so hard about them. Then again I took Algebra 1 the previous semester.
